INCIDENTALOMA IN INGUINAL HERNIA SURGERY.

Adult Granulosa-Cell Tumor (GCT) is an uncommon ovarian malignancy. The clinical course is characterized by slow growth with late recurrence. A variety of clinical and pathologic parameters have previously been evaluated for prognosis with inconclusive results.
