THE ADVANTAGES OF IMPLEMENTING A PREDICTIVE MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE MAINTAINIG AND EQUIPMENT REPAIR AT AN ENTERPRISE WHICH PRODUCES COMPONENTS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY INCLUDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES
Economic efficiency within enterprises is represented by how maintenance and repair activities are organised and operated, the under repairing equipment’s immobilization time because, by diminishing this factor significant reserve resources can be achieved by increasing production volume. The management activity shall be responsible to organise cars’ and equipments’ maintenance and repair activities, to apply rules of organisational structure and human resources, established and approved in the company’s organisational chart, measures to improve the information system and relationships between departments and sectors, to improve tracking system and movement of documents and to permanently expand data processing sector. Predictive maintenance is based on monitoring wearing parameters of the key elements or subparts of the fixed assets, by some specific instruments (wearing, vibration, oil analysers) in order for the maintenance interventions to be accomplished before the flaw appears.maintenance, repairing, predictive maintenance, reduced cost
vs. from Extensive Air Showers as estimator for the mass of primary UHECR's. Application for the Pierre Auger Observatory
We study the possibility of primary mass estimation for Ultra High Energy
Cosmic Rays (UHECR's) using the (the height where the number of
muons produced on the core of Extensive Air Showers (EAS) is maximum) and the
number of muons detected on ground. We use the 2D distribution -
against in order to find its sensitivity to the mass
of the primary particle. For that, we construct a 2D Probability Function
which estimates the probability that a
certain point from the plane , corresponds to a
shower induced by a proton, respectively an iron nucleus. To test the
procedure, we analyze a set of simulated EAS induced by protons and iron nuclei
at energies of and zenith angle with CORSIKA. Using
the Bayesian approach and taking into account the geometry of the infill
detectors from the Pierre Auger Observatory, we observe an improvement in the
accuracy of the primary mass reconstruction in comparison with the results
obtained using only the distributions
Joint Network and Gelfand-Pinsker Coding for 3-Receiver Gaussian Broadcast Channels with Receiver Message Side Information
The problem of characterizing the capacity region for Gaussian broadcast
channels with receiver message side information appears difficult and remains
open for N >= 3 receivers. This paper proposes a joint network and
Gelfand-Pinsker coding method for 3-receiver cases. Using the method, we
establish a unified inner bound on the capacity region of 3-receiver Gaussian
broadcast channels under general message side information configuration. The
achievability proof of the inner bound uses an idea of joint interference
cancelation, where interference is canceled by using both dirty-paper coding at
the encoder and successive decoding at some of the decoders. We show that the
inner bound is larger than that achieved by state of the art coding schemes. An
outer bound is also established and shown to be tight in 46 out of all 64
possible cases.Comment: Author's final version (presented at the 2014 IEEE International

THE ANALYSIS OF THE CFR TRAVELERS SA ACTIVITY FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF EFFICIENCY INDICATORS
The purpose of the paper is to make an analysis of the transport activity at CFR travellers SA based on the evolution of the main efficiency indicators in this field. The purpose of the analysis is to accurately determine the advantages and disadvantages of this activity and to find ways to improve it. We have chosen this activity because it has dropped in intensity during the last years and also because its quality is lacking in Romania. The analyzed period is 2007-2009 and graphics have been made to see the indicators’ evolution and to allow the activity’s assessment. The European Union encourages railway transport because of its advantages and because it is probably the most environmentally friendly and it is one way to achieve sustainable transport.indicators; efficiency; passenger; railway transport
