On the finiteness of the noncommutative supersymmetric Maxwell-Chern-Simons theory

Within the superfield approach, we prove the absence of UV/IR mixing in the three-dimensional noncommutative supersymmetric Maxwell-Chern-Simons theory at any loop order and demonstrate its finiteness in one, three and higher loop orders.Comment: 9 pages, 2 figures, revtex

The gluon propagator from large asymmetric lattices

The Landau-gauge gluon propagator is computed for the SU(3) gauge theory on lattices up to a size of $32^3 \times 200$. We use the standard Wilson action at $\beta = 6.0$ and compare our results with previous computations using large asymmetric and symmetric lattices. In particular, we focus on the impact of the lattice geometry and momentum cuts to achieve compatibility between data from symmetric and asymmetric lattices for a large range of momenta.Comment: Poster presented at Lattice2007, Regensburg, July 30 - August 4, 200

On the induction of the four-dimensional Lorentz-breaking non-Abelian Chern-Simons action

A four-dimensional Lorentz-breaking non-Abelian Chern-Simons like action is generated as a one-loop perturbative correction via an appropriate Lorentz-breaking coupling of the non-Abelian gauge field to the spinor field. This term is shown to be regularization dependent but nevertheless it can be found unambiguously in different regularization schemes at zero and finite temperature.Comment: accepted version in Physical Review

Este trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito residual de duas rochas silicáticas, comparadas com o cloreto de potássio, no acúmulo de micronutrientes na parte aérea do melão, cultivado em casa de vegetação
