Gravitational Collapse of Massless Scalar Field with Negative Cosmological Constant in (2+1) Dimensions
The 2+1-dimensional geodesic circularly symmetric solutions of
Einstein-massless-scalar field equations with negative cosmological constant
are found and their local and global properties are studied. It is found that
one of them represents gravitational collapse where black holes are always

Perturbed Self-Similar Massless Scalar Field in the Spacetimes with Circular Symmetry in 2+1 Gravity
We present in this work the study of the linear perturbations of the
2+1-dimensional circularly symmetric solution, obtained in a previous work,
with kinematic self-similarity of the second kind. We have obtained an exact
solution for the perturbation equations and the possible perturbation modes. We

OPTIMIZATION APPLIED TO ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND THERMAL COMFORT OF BUILDINGS: BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS ON TECHNIQUES AND APPLICATIONS
The world's energy demand has raised concerns about supply difficulties, depletion of natural resources and environmental impacts such as destruction of ozone layer, global warming, climate change, among others. Recent studies indicate that energy consumption in buildings represents more than 40% of the world's energy consumption, with more than half of that attributed to air conditioning systems. Specific regulations and control strategies for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems should provide acceptable thermal comfort and reasonable indoor air quality. The evolution of researches in these areas can be evaluated by the organization of scientific production up to now. The objective of this study is to analyze quantitatively what was produced in terms of optimization associated to both energy savings and thermal comfort in buildings. This bibliometric analysis, based on Science Direct and IEEE Xplore databases, correlates common adopted terms to quantify how optimization, especially those associated to computational intelligence, are influencing building projects where thermal comfort and energy saving are taken into account. This research assumes a sample of 76 articles, and provided a statistical evaluation considering authors identification, and both articles and journals that were more cited by researchers in this area
Spin-orbit mode transfer via a classical analog of quantum teleportation
We translate the quantum teleportation protocol into a sequence of coherent
operations involving three degrees of freedom of a classical laser beam. The
protocol, which we demonstrate experimentally, transfers the polarisation state
of the input beam to the transverse mode of the output beam. The role of
quantum entanglement is played by a non-separable mode describing the path and
transverse degrees of freedom. Our protocol illustrates the possibility of new
optical applications based on this intriguing classical analogue of quantum

Reclassificação de polígonos no formato vetorial.
O processo de reclassificação (agregação ou desagregação) é necessário quando se quer gerar um novo mapa a partir de um já existente. Aqui não se trata de dados na forma matricial, mas de dados vetoriais exigidos para elaboração de mapas temáticos com certa precisão cartográfica, onde os contornos precisam possuir a foram de linha. Sendo assim o objetivo deste trabalho é desenvolver uma aplicação que possibilite a reclassificação de polígonos (classe temáticas) em outros mapas vetoriais
