techniques in the hospitals of the 2-3nd Echelon.
Methods and materials: In June 2014 mobile military hospital was set up for providing qualified surgical help to warriors in the region
of eastern Ukraine. 1460operations (62 laparoscopic) were carried out during first 9 months.
Results: We use data of 23 patients suffered under abdomen and pelvis injuries: 18 had missile and gunshot wounds, 5 had closed
traumas. Acute diseases of the abdomen cavity were diagnosed 39 patients. The penetrative character of shoot wound was excluded
by 6 patients using the diagnostic laparoscopy. Out of 5 patients with closed traumas of abdomen, injuries of internal organs were
identified in 2 cases, operations were finished laparoscopically. Suffering from urgent diseases of the abdomen cavity organs, 10
patients underwent the laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis; 2 persons - the laparoscopic diverticulectomy for Meckel’s
diverticulitis; in 3 cases the ovarian apoplexy and haemoperitoneum were detected during the laparoscopy, the laparoscopic resection
of ovarium was performed; 1 patient underwent laparoscopy for pancreonecrosis, 20 laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute calculous
cholecystitis; one laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cancer of the pancreas, obstructive jaundice; 2 patients had laparoscopic suturing
of perforative ulcers in duodenum.
Conclusion: Well-founded approaches of treatment and diagnosis of shoot wounds of abdomen and pelvis by using the video
laparoscopic equipment in the field conditions (first time in the Ukrainian history) were performed. Application of the endovideo surgical
technics allowed avoiding 20 useless laparotomies

Застосування відеолапароскопії в польовому військовому госпіталі
С июля по декабрь 2014 г. в мобильном госпитале начала применяться
видеолапароскопия в полевых условиях. Было выполнено 62 видеоэндоскопические
операции при различных повреждениях и заболеваниях органов брюшной полости.
Применение видеолапароскопии позволило у 20-ти раненых и пострадавших избежать
напрасных лапаротомий. У 11-ти из них удалось устранить обнаруженные повреждения при
помощи лапароскопии, в том числе – у 3-х с сочетанными ранениями груди и живота, у 6-ти
– с изолированными ранениями живота. Диагностическая лапароскопия выполнена у 5-ти
человек при закрытых травмах живота и сомнительных результатах лапароцентеза, у 6-ти –
с непроникающими огнестрельными ранениями. При массовом поступлении раненых
возможности лапароскопии с лечебной целью ограничены.From July to December 2014 in the field military hospital videolaparoscopy
became applicable in the battle field surgery. It was performed 62 videolaparoscopy operations at
various injuries and diseases of the abdominal cavity. Application videolaparoscopy allowed to
avoid futile laparotomy at 20 wounded and injured patients. In the 11 of them managed to remove
the detected damage using laparoscopy, including - at 3 with combined wounds chest and
abdomen, from 6 - with isolated injuries of the abdomen. Diagnostic laparoscopy was performed
in 5 people with closed abdominal trauma and questionable results of laparocentesis, from 6 - with
unpenetrating gunshot wounds. In the mass arrival of wounded possibilities of laparoscopy for
therapeutic purposes are limited.З липня по грудень 2014 р в мобільному госпіталі почала
застосовуватися відеолапароскопія в польових умовах. Було виконано 62 відеоендоскопічні
операції при різних пошкодженнях і захворюваннях органів черевної порожнини.
Застосування відеолапароскопії дозволило у 20-ти поранених і постраждалих уникнути
даремних лапаротомій. У 11-ти з них вдалося усунути виявлені пошкодження за допомогою
лапароскопії, в тому числі - у 3-х з поєднаними пораненнями грудей і живота, у 6-ти - з
ізольованими пораненнями живота. Діагностична лапароскопія виконана у 5-ти осіб при
закритих травмах живота і сумнівних результатах лапароцентезу, у 6-ти - з
непроникаючими вогнепальними пораненнями. При масовому надходженні поранених

Formation of Amyloid-Like Fibrils by Y-Box Binding Protein 1 (YB-1) Is Mediated by Its Cold Shock Domain and Modulated by Disordered Terminal Domains
YB-1, a multifunctional DNA- and RNA-binding nucleocytoplasmic protein, is involved in the majority of DNA- and mRNA-dependent events in the cell. It consists of three structurally different domains: its central cold shock domain has the structure of a β-barrel, while the flanking domains are predicted to be intrinsically disordered. Recently, we showed that YB-1 is capable of forming elongated fibrils under high ionic strength conditions. Here we report that it is the cold shock domain that is responsible for formation of YB-1 fibrils, while the terminal domains differentially modulate this process depending on salt conditions. We demonstrate that YB-1 fibrils have amyloid-like features, including affinity for specific dyes and a typical X-ray diffraction pattern, and that in contrast to most of amyloids, they disassemble under nearly physiological conditions
Integration of information resources of open access to provide the scientific and educational process in the institutions of higher education
Purpose of the study. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current state and prospects for introducing the principles of open access to scientific publications and scientific data in the sphere of science and education in Belarus. Its relevance is related to the need to develop measures to accelerate the process of digital transformation of science and education of the Republic of Belarus.Materials and methods. Information base of the research was made by publications of scientists and specialists on the issues under study, normative documents, final documents of conferences on this topic, data from the Open Data in Belarus portal, national and international aggregators of institutional repositories, open scientific data repositories.Results. The analysis of the state and prospects of introducing the principles of open access to scientific publications and scientific data into the sphere of science and education of Belarus was carried out during the research. It is shown that the digital transformation of science and education is at an early stage. The dissemination of the principles of open science and the introduction of new instruments of scientific communication in the Belarusian academic and university science are uneven, there is a need to develop a strategy in this direction. The principle of open access to publications is being most actively introduced into practice through the development of a network of university repositories. In Belarus, the open data infrastructure is at the very beginning of its formation. In this regard, there is a need to conduct additional research to identify problems associated with the discovery of scientific data. One step in the transition to open science is the unification of all the repositories on a single platform of the national aggregator. The review of national and international aggregators of institutional repositories is presented. The questions on creation of the national system-aggregator of information resources of open access in the Republic of Belarus in the context of the formation of the Republican information and educational environment are considered: the purpose of the system, the platform used, technical solutions for organizing the integration of information systems of higher education institutions and the rules of interaction of system users.Conclusions. The creation of a national system-aggregator will not only provide a single point of access to the institutional repositories of project participants, which will significantly improve the convenience and completeness of the search, but will also solve one of the most important tasks of the project - popularizing the idea of open access to scientific publications. The implementation of the proposed measures to create conditions for the discovery of scientific data in Belarus will contribute to the introduction of the principle of open access to scientific data. The considered approaches will allow accelerating the process of digital transformation of the scientific and educational sphere of Belarus
