ASSESSMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE LEVEL IN INTERCULTURAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Introduction. Currently, the training of professionally competent specialists is a priority in the higher education system. One of the productive creative approaches is the development of emotional intelligence (EI/EQ), which contributes to the development of emotional intercultural competence to accelerate adaptation in a new intercultural environment. Aim. The aim of the research is to empirically determine the level of emotional intelligence in the intercultural context for further improving work with students of the humanities and economics specialities and proposing new techniques that develop emotional intercultural competence. Methodology and research methods. The methodological basis of the research is the concept of developing emotional intelligence as an integral part of soft skills. To study the level of emotional intelligence, the authors used the Mark Daniel Self-Scoring Emotional Intelligence Tests, which are a compilation of tests designed to study the level of emotional intelligence and determine the strengths and weaknesses of the test takers. The methods of psycho-diagnostics, comparison and generalisation of the obtained results were used. The test results were analysed using the SPSS.27 statistical package. Results. The research results help to understand the psychological characteristics of students of the humanities and economics specialities, taking into account the cultural context, which makes it possible to predict the difficulties and problems faced by teachers in the process of work with this type of students, to more accurately determine the characteristics and motives of their behaviour and the characteristics of the professional development of the individual. It also helps to select the right curriculum to meet students' needs. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the research consists in supplementing the existing knowledge in the field of EI about the psychological characteristics of representatives of the humanities and economics specialities in the context of intercultural communication and further forecasting their development based on correctly selected teaching methods. Practical significance. The presented features of students of the humanities and economics specialities can be employed by teachers when interacting with them and organising the educational process, taking into account their interests and needs, as well as adjusting the level of development of EI. The results obtained can be useful in the preparation of educational and methodological complexes specifically designed for the development of emotional intercultural competence. Β© 2022 Authors. Disorders in the System of Mineral and Bone Metabolism RegulatorsβFGF-23, Klotho and Sclerostinβin Chronic Kidney Disease: Clinical Significance and Possibilities for Correction
The chapter discusses the current understanding of the system of mineral and bone metabolism regulatorsβFGF-23, Klotho and sclerostinβdisturbances in chronic kidney disease (CKD). In the chapter we presented the date, including our own results, which allow to suggest the change in the ratio of FGF-23-Klotho-sclerostin in CKD as an early biomarker not only for the chronic kidney damage but also for high cardiovascular (CV) risk. Results of studies show that disorders in FGF-23-Klotho-sclerostin ratio correlate with the frequency and severity of hypertension, vascular calcification, cardiac remodelling, anaemia, malnutrition, inflammation and strong aggravate CV risk in CKD. It was found independent from blood pressure (BP) action of increased serum FGF-23 on the myocardium as well as the correlation of serum high-sensitive troponin I with increased serum FGF-23 and low Klotho levels in CKD patients. At the same time, it was shown that renoprotective therapy, including renin-angiotensin blockers, low-protein diet with amino/keto acid supplementation and phosphate binders, erythropoiesis stimulators, vitamin D metabolites used to get the target levels of BP, serum phosphorus, haemoglobin, parathyroid hormone and nutritional status disorders correction can reduce the risk of CV events, as the major cause of death in CKD patients
Nutritional Status Disorders in Chronic Kidney Disease: Practical Aspects (Systematic Review)
Despite the significant achievements in the management of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, the mortality rate of these patients still remains high. Nutritional status disorders (NSD) are considered now as one of the prognostic risk factors not only for dialysis but also for predialysis CKD stages. Since the publication of KDIGO 2012 guidelines for CKD patientβs management, there has been some significant advancement in our understanding of main NSD mechanisms in CKD, including different nosological group patients (first, in diabetic and systemic diseases patients). At the same time, there is still an urgent need for randomized trials for better-informed decisions and future optimization of CKD patientsβ care. This chapter provides the current data on all aspects of NSD in CKD: etiology, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment approaches, as well as on risk factors of NSD at predialysis stages and in chronic hemodialysis patients. Considerable attention was devoted to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of NSD in CKD patients. It was determined that the overall strategy for dietary treatment contributed to improving the life quality of patients and slowing down of CKD progression. The review is written based on the published results of clinical studies performed on the position of evidence-based medicine
The Study of Economic Activity of Russian Corporations in Modern Economy
The article discusses the results of the conducted in Russia's economic reforms, the terms βcompanyβ, βcorporate governanceβ of their use in the media and in literature, as well as the formation of the idea of the control system adopted by the Corporation, as one of the ways of good governance and the withdrawal of Russian companies out of the crisis. The most urgent tasks in the practical management of corporate property can now be considered: clarifying the structure and composition of corporate ownership, the formalization of the goals, objectives and principles of its functioning, the definition of criteria for management efficiency, which, in turn, require search and study methodological approaches to solving specific economic tasks - evaluation of individual objects of corporate ownership and to determine effective areas of structural development. According to the authors, only the use of complex techniques from different sections of the economy can give the desired economic effect and solve the pressing problem of increasing the effectiveness of the management of corporate property in Russia. In this regard, the work deals with general principles of good governance and analyzed their application for enterprise property management purposes.

Quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients on renal replacement therapy
The study demonstrated the results of the comparative analysis of various types of renal replacement therapy effects on the quality of life patients with terminal stage of chronic kidney disease on the basis of standardized questionnaires. It has been shown that the quality of life is significantly improved after a kidney transplantation. At the same time, it has also been found that the introduction of home dialysis, epoetins, active metabolites of vitamin D, calcimimetics in the clinic care expanded the opportunities for the labor rehabilitation of the dialysis patients and made their quality of life comparable with the same of the kidney transplant recipients
Anemia in Chronic Kidney Disease and After Kidney Allotransplantation (Systematic Review)
Anemia in chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been recognized as a separate independent risk factor of cardiovascular (CV) events. The aim of the review is to provide a literature summary concerning early diagnosis and treatment of anemia in CKD that may be useful for clinicians and contribute to decrease CV mortality. Literature searches were made in such major databases as: PubMed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Wiley Online Library, Scopus, Web of Science, e-library, and website of WHO. This search encompassed original articles, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses relevant to CKD and anemia over recent 15 years. A total of 54 references from 562 reviewed articles were selected as they met to the search criteria (anemia and CKD, including diabetes mellitus, systemic diseases and post-transplant anemia). The publications included 27 randomized controlled trials, 20 experimental studies representing new data on the links of CKD anemia and cardiovascular risk markers (cytokines, Klotho, fibroblast growth factor (FGF-23), hyperglycemia, hypoalbuminemia and some others), 4 systematic reviews and 3 clinical practice guidelines. The main attention was devoted to the analysis of the studies provided an early diagnosis of anemia, an ability to minimize the factors contributing to its severity that have allowed to improve CV and total outcomes and to reduce costs of hospital treatment of CKD patients with anemia

Highly Sensitive Immunochromatographic Identification of Tetracycline Antibiotics in Milk
A rapid immunochromatographic assay was developed for the control of tetracycline (TC). The assay is based on the competition between immobilized TC-protein conjugate and TC in a tested sample for binding with polyclonal anti-TC antibodies conjugated to colloidal gold during the flow of the sample along a membrane strip with immobilized reactants. Conjugation of colloidal gold and the total immunoglobulin (IgG) fraction of polyclonal antibodies was used to increase the assay sensitivity to ensure low content of specific antibodies in the conjugate. This allowed effective inhibition of free TC and conjugate binding in the strip test zone. Photometric marker registration allows control of the reduction of binding, thereby enhancing detection sensitivity. The proposed assay allows TC to be detected at concentrations up to 20βng/mL, exceeding the limit of detection of the known analogues, in a wide working range (more than two orders) of 60βpg/mL to 10βng/mL, ensured through the use of polyclonal antibodies. The assay time is 10βmin. The efficiency of the designed assay is shown to identify TC in milk; the degree of recovery of TC ranges from 90 to 112%. The precision of the concentrations measurements was no more than 10%
