Massey products in symplectic manifolds
The paper is devoted to study of Massey products in symplectic manifolds.
Theory of generalized and classical Massey products and a general construction
of symplectic manifolds with nontrivial Massey products of arbitrary large
order are exposed. The construction uses the symplectic blow-up and is based on
the author results, which describe conditions under which the blow-up of a
symplectic manifold X along its submanifold Y inherits nontrivial Massey
products from X ot Y. This gives a general construction of nonformal symplectic
manifolds.Comment: LaTeX, 48 pages, 2 figure
INCIDENCE OF TEENAGE YOUNG MEN BY THE RESULTS OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION AT INITIAL MILITARY REGISTRATION
Teenagers’ health, the level and structure of incidence reflect totality of the influence of the factors and their living conditions, upbringing and training, a way of life, medical care. The results of medical examination of young men at initial military registration to a sufficient extent give an idea of the prevalence of pathology among this contingent and in many respects characterize the quality of labour and defendable potential. Material and methods. The results of medical examination of teenagers by the military physician board of the Novosibirsk Regional Military Registration and Enlistment Office from 2000 to 2014 with the total number of the examined subjects 252.2 thousand were used. The dynamic and comparative analyses of the indices for three time periods along with the assessment of the prevalence of the diseases by the disease classes, separate nosological groups and also the distribution of young men by the medical classification were carried out. Results. It was established that on average 62.7 % of the examined subjects had this or that pathology. At the same time, 22.5 % of all the diseases were revealed for the first time. It was shown that 87.7–88.7 % of all the pathology accounted for 8 basic classes of diseases. Among the diseases limiting the medical classification the main ones were mental and behavioral disorders and also the diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue. The temporary unfitness was determined by endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, and the complete one was defined by mental disorders, diseases of the nervous system, endocrine pathology, diseases of the spine and their aftereffects, disorders of refraction and accommodation of the eyes, visual impairment, bronchial asthma, mental retardation, flat foot and other foot deformations, degenerative diseases of the nervous system, which accounted for 63.0 % of all. Conclusion. The study showed the feasibility of using the results of the medical examination to assess the health of teenage young men and the inclusion of these indices in social and hygienic monitoring
Weed plants of oilseed rape agrocoenoses in Tomsk Oblast
The species composition of weed plants in the oilseed rape agrocoenoses in the south part of Western Siberia (Tomsk region) have been studied. There are more than 80 species of weed plants occupied oilseed rape fields on this territory. Euphorbia virgata, Convolvulus arvensis, Stachys palustris, Cirsium setosum and Sonchus arvensis belongs to the most common and widely distributed species of perennial weeds. In the seed lots of Brassica napus L. Metzg. Cultivated in Tomsk Oblast the fruit and seeds of more than 40 weed seeds have been founded

Formulation of the uncertainty relations in terms of the Renyi entropies
Quantum mechanical uncertainty relations for position and momentum are
expressed in the form of inequalities involving the Renyi entropies. The proof
of these inequalities requires the use of the exact expression for the
(p,q)-norm of the Fourier transformation derived by Babenko and Beckner.
Analogous uncertainty relations are derived for angle and angular momentum and
also for a pair of complementary observables in N-level systems. All these
uncertainty relations become more attractive when expressed in terms of the
symmetrized Renyi entropies
The Trade-Economic Component of the Regional Economic Processes in the Context of Globalization
The article is concerned with analyzing and defining the structure of the tradeeconomic
component of the regional economic processes on example of the
EU, ASEAN, BRICS, SCO and NAFTA in the context of globalization. Based on
analysis and generalization of numerous scientific works by various authors,
a block of theoretical and statistical data on the contemporary regional integration
associations has been considered and systematized. The article carries
out an analysis of the trade-economic relations by the objectively leading
and indicative, as to the current global economic processes, regional integration
associations, namely the EU, SCO, BRIC, ASEAN and NAFTA, determines
their impact on development of the international economic relations. The
structure has been studied, as well as a comparative characterization of the
data of regional economic integration associations in the context of global
economy has been accomplished. Prospect for further research on this issue
is determining the involvement of an individual integration association in the
system of contemporary global economic relations
Fixed nitrogen in agriculture and its role in agrocenoses
Received: February 23rd, 2021 ; Accepted: May 12th, 2021 ; Published: May 19th, 2021 ; Correspondence: [email protected] typical low-humus black soils in short crop rotations with legumes (25–33%) and
without them, it was found that depending on the set of crops in crop rotation and application of
fertilizer rates, nitrogen yield per crop is from 355 kg ha-1
to 682 kg ha-1
. The recommended
fertilization system provided nitrogen compensation for crop yields by only 31–76%. Hence, in
the plant-fertilizer system nitrogen deficiency varies from 161 to 370 kg ha-1
. The greatest
nitrogen deficiency in the soil is observed in crop rotation without the use of fertilizers with the
following crop rotation: peas-winter wheat-grain maize-spring barley. The main source of
nitrogen for plants is soil nitrogen. In crop rotations with legumes, biological nitrogen is supplied
from the air, which in quantitative terms per rotation in crop rotations with peas is
109–288 kg ha-1
, with soybeans 264–312, and with alfalfa 486 kg ha-1
. Biological nitrogen in
crop rotations with peas and soybeans is reimbursed from 25 to 62%, in crop rotation without
legumes - 9% (non-symbiotic nitrogen fixation), and in crop rotation with alfalfa - 89% of the
total nitrogen removal with the crop
