Perception of Community Health Workers in Indonesia Toward Patients with Mental Disorders
In Indonesia, there are any community health volunteers called Kader. Although Kaders are members of mental health volunteer, they sometimes show negative attitude to psychotic persons, even they have already got some training about mental health. The aims of this study were to investigate 1) how is Kader's perception compare to the other countries, 2) how will they consult compare to the other countries 3) how is comparison of Kaders' perception to mental disorder person between trained and untrained. The method of this research is a descriptive explorative using survey study. This study was held on June to September 2013. It was conducted in five districts of Yogyakarta area with 619 respondents. The Questionnaires used contained three sections are follows; Part A is about Demographic Data, Part B two case vignettes (taken from MacArthur Health Module of the 1996 general Social Survey) and Part C about Kaders experiences. The perception of Kader as part of the community is lower than the general residence in the United States and Japan. The comparison between trained and untrained Kaders shown that trained Kaders has better perception toward patient with mental disorder. These results suggest that actual experiences in meeting the cases contributed to the improvement of Kaders' perception better than the previous mental health training did. It might be Kaders with short experience are explored information Kaders should be trained with more structured curriculum and recruiting Kader is recommended to recruit the young generation
New reductions of integrable matrix PDEs: -invariant systems
We propose a new type of reduction for integrable systems of coupled matrix
PDEs; this reduction equates one matrix variable with the transposition of
another multiplied by an antisymmetric constant matrix. Via this reduction, we
obtain a new integrable system of coupled derivative mKdV equations and a new
integrable variant of the massive Thirring model, in addition to the already
known systems. We also discuss integrable semi-discretizations of the obtained
systems and present new soliton solutions to both continuous and semi-discrete
systems. As a by-product, a new integrable semi-discretization of the Manakov
model (self-focusing vector NLS equation) is obtained.Comment: 33 pages; (v4) to appear in JMP; This paper states clearly that the

Enrichment of r-process elements in dwarf spheroidal galaxies in chemo-dynamical evolution model
The rapid neutron-capture process (r-process) is a major process to
synthesize elements heavier than iron, but the astrophysical site(s) of
r-process is not identified yet. Neutron star mergers (NSMs) are suggested to
be a major r-process site from nucleosynthesis studies. Previous chemical
evolution studies however require unlikely short merger time of NSMs to
reproduce the observed large star-to-star scatters in the abundance ratios of
r-process elements relative to iron, [Eu/Fe], of extremely metal-poor stars in
the Milky Way (MW) halo. This problem can be solved by considering chemical
evolution in dwarf spheroidal galaxies (dSphs) which would be building blocks
of the MW and have lower star formation efficiencies than the MW halo. We
demonstrate that enrichment of r-process elements in dSphs by NSMs using an
N-body/smoothed particle hydrodynamics code. Our high-resolution model
reproduces the observed [Eu/Fe] by NSMs with a merger time of 100 Myr when the
effect of metal mixing is taken into account. This is because metallicity is
not correlated with time up to ~ 300 Myr from the start of the simulation due
to low star formation efficiency in dSphs. We also confirm that this model is
consistent with observed properties of dSphs such as radial profiles and
metallicity distribution. The merger time and the Galactic rate of NSMs are
suggested to be <~ 300 Myr and ~ yr, which are consistent with
the values suggested by population synthesis and nucleosynthesis studies. This

Nuclear Star-Forming Ring of the Milky Way: Simulations
We present hydrodynamic simulations of gas clouds in the central kpc region of the Milky Way that is modeled with a three-dimensional bar potential. Our simulations consider realistic gas cooling and heating, star Formation, and supernova feedback. A ring of dense gas clouds forms as a result of X-1-X-2 orbit transfer, and our potential model results in a ring radius of similar to 200 pc, which coincides with the extraordinary reservoir of dense molecular clouds in the inner bulge, the Central Molecular Zone (CMZ). The gas clouds accumulated in the CMZ can reach high enough densities to form stars, and with an appropriate choice of simulation parameters, we successfully reproduce the observed gas mass and the star Formation rate (SFR) in the CMZ, similar to 2 x 10(7) M-circle dot and similar to 0.1 M-circle dot yr(-1). Star Formation in our simulations takes place mostly in the outermost X-2 orbits, and the SFR per unit surface area outside the CMZ is much lower. These facts suggest that the inner Galactic bulge may harbor a mild version of the nuclear star-forming rings seen in some external disk galaxies.
