Theories and Management of Aging: Modern and Ayurveda Perspectives
Aging is a complex phenomenon, a sum total of changes that occur in a living organism with the passage of time and lead to decreasing ability to survive stress, increasing functional impairment and growing probability of death. There are many theories of aging and skin remains the largest organ of the study. Skin aging is described as a consequence of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The most common amongst visible signs of skin aging are wrinkles and there are various therapies including antiaging cosmeceuticals, sunscreens, chemical peeling, injectable agents, such as botox, fibrel, autologous fat grafting as also few surgical procedures have been used. Ayurveda, the Indian traditional medicine, describes aging with great details. This review provides modern and Ayurvedic perspectives on theories and management of aging
A Survey on Load Balancing in Cloud Computing Using Optimization Technique
The main goal of this work is to create a system that uses the improved Ant Colony and Artificial Bee Colony (AB) algorithm to provide load balancing for the cloud computing technology. This algorithm is a combination of Ant colony algorithm and Artificial Bee colony algorithm. It will improve the existing AB algorithm. There are certain limitations in the existing algorithm. This algorithm will overcome those limitations and provide good optimal solution for effective load balancing
Behavioral Study of Flexible Concrete Sheet
Concrete is most extensively used material in today’s rapidly growing world. In various structures, the concrete section has used to carry different types of loads. Many times concrete poses difficulty in its usage and application and hence a new material called flexible concrete sheet has developed. The paper covers the major aspect of the behavioral study of flexible concrete sheet. Flexible concrete sheet is the composite member having three layers in which bottom layer is impermeable layer, intermediate layer is a 3-D fiber matrix and top layer is permeable cotton layer. The middle layer has filled with a settable material, whichcan be cured. The settable material used here is cement mortar. This paper also emphases on the benefits of the flexible concrete sheet in various different applications. The paper also includes the financial study and cost comparison of flexible concrete sheet with the conventional concrete material
PHYSICOCHEMICAL, FORMULATION, AND EVALUATION OF ANTIFUNGAL HERBAL SOAP USING Curcuma Amada Roxburgh and Prunus Dulcis.
Mango Ginger (Curcuma amada Roxburgh) belongs to the Zingiberaceae family, a type of annual plant. It is commonly used for culinary and therapeutic purposes, which also has the maximum amount of health benefits. In the present study, Aqueous, Ethanol, and Chloroform extract of Mango ginger were subjected to Qualitative and Quantitative phytochemical analysis and determined the Antioxidant Activity using DPPH assay and FRAP assay. Also, the Ash and Moisture content of the rhizome was analyzed. The aqueous extract of mango ginger is used in the GC-MS study to identify the compounds present in the mango ginger. The oil was extracted from Mango ginger and subjected to Antifungal activity by the Well diffusion method against three fungi namely Candida tropicalis, Candida aureus, and Candida albicas. By using the extracted mango ginger oil and almond oil, Antifungal Herbal Soap is formulated. The formulated soap was evaluated to further parameters like color, odor, pH, foam test, foam retention, viscosity, specific gravity, and stability. According to the above studies, the formulated Antifungal herbal soap may rectify the problems of fungal skin infections
