Research of Certain Pathogenic Characteristics of Clinical Isolates of Staphylococci of Skin Biome
A serious problem in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) is the frequent attachment of a secondary skin infection. Among the microbes colonizing the skin of patients suffering from AD, S. aureus takes the lead. According to different authors, from the skin of 80–95 % of patients are sown Staphylococcus aureus. The survival of bacteria in a biotope is promoted by the persistent properties of microorganisms.Aim of the research: to determine the adhesive properties and antilysozyme activity of clinical strains of staphylococci isolated from the skin of patients with allergic dermatosis. The study included 50 patients with atopic dermatitis and 20 practically healthy individuals, from which 140 laboratory strains of staphylococci were isolated: 101 strains from patients with AD and 39 control strains. Bacteriological studies to isolate microorganisms and determine a number of pathogenic characteristics were carried out using the methods of classical bacteriology. The severity of antilysozyme activity (ALA) and adhesive properties of strains isolated from affected areas of the skin was significantly higher than in cultures isolated from intact skin areas, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The obtained data made it possible to assume a certain complicating role of these factors on the course of AD
Exchange coupling in Eu monochalcogenides from first principles
Using a density functional method with explicit account for strong Coulomb
repulsion within the 4f shell, we calculate effective exchange parameters and
the corresponding ordering temperatures of the (ferro)magnetic insulating Eu
monochalcogenides (EuX; X=O,S,Se,Te) at ambient and elevated pressure
conditions. Our results provide quantitative account of the many-fold increase
of the Curie temperatures with applied pressure and reproduce well the
enhancement of the tendency toward ferromagnetic ordering across the series
from telluride to oxide, including the crossover from antiferromagnetic to
ferromagnetic ordering under pressure in EuTe and EuSe. The first and second
neighbor effective exchange are shown to follow different functional
dependencies. Finally, model calculations indicate a significant contribution
of virtual processes involving the unoccupied f states to the effective
exchange.Comment: 4 pages, 6 figure
Сексуальна освіта в Україні та світі
The article considers major aspects of sex education provided at different educational levels and for various age youth groups. It analyses quality and efficiency of the available programs and defines approaches for their improvement and ways of adaptation in compliance with the modern society requirements. Besides, both positive and negative experience concerning youth safety, sex awareness and expediency were analyzed. The research is conducted on the basis of youth interviewing and developed countries experience investigation.
COMPETITIVE METHODS FOR CHALLENGE BETWEEN SHIPPING LINES IN CASE OF BUILDING AND PRFORMING SEA SHIPPING CONTAINER LINES
There was competition between world alliances for many years. In this work we found historical economic aspects of competition of international container shipping lines and possibilities to enter the world container market for new entities

Changes in the Structure of Nest Complexes of the Red Wood Ants Formica rufa and F. polyctena (Hymenoptera, Formicidae) in Urban Forests
The aim of this work is to evaluate changes in the structure of nest complexes of two species of red wood ants: Formica rufa Linnaeus, 1761 and F. polyctena Foerster, 1850, in the city of Kyiv (Ukraine) using morpho[1]metric indicators, as well as to evaluate their dynamics. In 2014–2022, nest complexes of two species of red wood ants (Formica rufa, F. polyctena) were observed in urbanised forests within the city of Kyiv. A total of 472 F. rufa and 411 F. polyctena nests were studied in 7 nest complexes (4 — F. polyctena, 3 — F. rufa). The total volume of F. polyctena nests were found to decrease by 2020–2021, while the volume of F. rufa nests remained at the same level or even increased. This suggests that F. rufa is more resistant to changes in forestry conditions
Digitalization of national economy
Digitalization of the national economy is one of the key state tasks. The gradual transition to a digital model of development will increase the competitiveness of Russian products on international markets and it will also contribute to the improvement of national security. Analysis of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the national economy shows significant lag behind the leaders. The positive economic effect of modern digital technologies integration in business model of transport enterprises has been considered on the example of the automotive industry
Study of Ecological Characteristics of Lasius niger (Hymenoptera, Formicidae) Using Vegetation Data
When assessing the condition of Lasius niger (Linnaeus, 1858) nest complexes, plant communities should be considered. The aim of this work is to analyse ecological characteristics and structure of L. niger nest complexes using vegetation data. The study was conducted in Ukraine, in June 2017 (a nest complex on a territory near Vyshneve, Kyiv Oblast, 502 nest mounds) and in June 2022 (Chaika, Kyiv Oblast, 72 nest mounds, Stara Ushytsia, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, 134 nest mounds). Morphometric parametres of the mounds (diameter, height), their relative position and size classes in squares of 100 m2 were studied. At the same time, vegetation plots were carried out. Differences in the structure of L. niger nest mounds discussed previously are at least partly result from differences in the ecological conditions of the localities. Of the six ecological indicators (Hd — Tm), three — soil acidity and nitrogen, and the hemeroby indicator, which assesses the degree of anthropogenic pollution — have a significant influence on the abundance of L. niger nest mounds. These factors were shown to have a significant influence on the ant colony volume indicator. For most indicators, except moisture and light, the optimum for L. niger was close to 50 points (middle of the scale). For the anthropogenic factor, the range of values was the widest, which indirectly confirms the relative tolerance of this species to the anthropogenic influence of moderate intensity and allows its existence in urban conditions where competitive pressure from other species is lower. The sign of regression coefficient, especially the positive sign for the acidity and nitrogen indicators, demonstrates positive effect of these factors on the ant colony structure indicators
