    Aplikasi Receptionis Rekomendasi Kamar pada Hotel De Warna dengan Metode Fuzzy Berbasis Android

    Selama ini, informasi yang ada di Hotel Dewarna masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu membagikan brosur atau iklan dari hotel sehingga cara tersebut perlu dikembangkan lagi. Salah satu sistem yang dinilai perlu dikembangkan adalah rekomendasi kamar.Maka dari itu, dirancang sebuah aplikasi rekomendasi kamar melalui fasilitas dan harga yang di tawarkan sesuai dengan pemesanan. Aplikasi rekomendasi ini juga dapat memberikan informasi berupa event dan promo dari Hotel Dewarna menggunakan aplikasi berbasis mobile android. Hasil dari aplikasi ini dapat membantu pengunjung dalam menentukan fasilitas kamar sehingga dapat menghemat waktu dan pengunjung tidak perlu datang ke hotel lagi.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Android, Hotel, Rekomendasi Kamar.ABSTRACKRecently, the information in Hotel Dewarna is still done in the conventional way to distribute flyers or advertisements of hotels, thas that way is needed to be developed further. One of systems assessed to be developed is the room recommendation system.An application of rooms recommendations is designed using the facilities and offer price in accordance with booking. This application of recommendations can also provide information in the form of events and promos of Hotel Dewarna based onandroid applications. The results of this application can help visitors in determining the room facilities to save time and visitors do not need to come to the hotel again

    Memaknai dan memahami wacana poster imbauan pemerintah tentang penanganan Covid-19 pada laman covid19.go.id menjadi sesuatu yang penting saat ini. Untuk memahami makna yang dikandung setiap wacana poster imbauan itu, peran pragmatik sangat dibutuhkan. Dengan telaah tindak tutur direktif (ilmu pragmatik), seorang pembaca akan mudah memahami makna yang dikandung setiap wacana dan bisa meminimalisir kesalahan atau kelalaian dari pengimplementasian poster imbauan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan jenis tindak tutur direktif dan makna imperatif wacana poster imbauan pemerintah tentang penanganan Covid-19 pada laman covid19.go.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan prosedur penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Tahap penganalisisan data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu seleksi data,  pengkodean data, klasifikasi data, dan pendeskripsian data. Simpulan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat empat jenis tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan dalam wacana poster imbauan pemerintah tentang penanganan Covid-19 pada laman covid19.go.id. Keempat jenis itu adalah requesitif, requiremen, permisif dan advisoris. Penanda kata direktif ditemukan diberbagai tuturan dalam wacana poster tersebut antara lain: “Yuk”, “Ayo”, "Aku pakai masker supaya virusnya kalah”, "Bantulah penanganan Covid-19, jadilah donor plasma konvalesen", “Prioritaskan, anak/siswa bisa tetap belajar dan sehat”, “Awash hoaks: tautan subsidi pulsa Rp. 250.000 dan kuota 75GB dari Kemendikbud untuk periode Desember 2021”. Selanjutnya, untuk makna imperatif dari keempat jenis direktif yaitu: makna ajakan, dan makna memperingatkan/menyarankan/menasihati.     The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk using financial ratio and EVA. Financial ratio measured by profitability ratio, which consists of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), operating expenses, and net profit margin (NPM), while the value of EVA obtained from NOPAT minus capital charge. The data that used in this research is annual report of bank muamalat from 2008 until 2012. The result of this research is the measurement of performance of bank using financial ratio shows improvement from year to year, although in 2009 the performance of bank had decreased, while the measurement of performance using EVA shows that the best performance is achieved by bank occurred in 2009. The comparison of measuring performance between financial ratio and EVA is the performance of company if measured by financial ratio shows improvement, except in 2009, but if measured by EVA, the performance of company in 2009 is the best performance

    Poboya River estuary that known to have been contaminated with heavy metals, one of them is metal lead (Pb). This is because the high human activity in the surrounding waters hed, which may be the source of the entry of heavy metals into the estuary waters. Poboya River estuary has many kinds of marine life, including fish such as Belanak (Liza Melinoptera). Fish used as an indicator of contamination that occurred in the waters. This study aims to determine how much accumulation and metal concentrations of lead (Pb), which accumulates in fish living Belanak Poboya estuaries. The method used is the gravimetric method for determining water content, biomass and low ash content, while the analysis of the samples in this study using Atomic Absorption Spectrometry instrument (SSA). The results showed that the water content mobtained at 55.830%. While the levels of biomass were obtained for 89.200% and ash content of meat samples obtained at 10.790%. While the results showed that the accumulation of the metal lead (Pb) in Belanak fish average of 1.746 ± 1.673mg/kg. That exceeds the maximum value of the metal Lead in food in accordance with ISO 01-2729.1-2006, ie 0.4 mg/kg

    Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy for palm cooking oil discriminator using planar electromagnetic sensor array

    Cooking oil is an important product in the Malaysia food industries. Most of the cooking oil products is based on palm oil. However, there are activities in selling cheaper cooking oil by labelling as high quality in cooking oil product. Traditional methods have been developed to measure the quality of the cooking oil product such as the chromatography technique but the cost for the system setup is expensive and requires a large amount of time to analyse the sample. Thus, a suitable and reliable system with less analysis time is needed for widespread industrial uses. This paper has presented a discriminative technique for palm cooking oil using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) with planar electromagnetic sensor array. The sensor consists of a meander sensor and an interdigital sensors which interact with the test samples. Three types of palm cooking oil such as double refined palm oil, refined and deodorized palm oil with peanut and sesame oil, and filtered palm oil were prepared. The results obtained showed that the presented technique was able to differentiate the samples between 20 kHz to 1 Mhz. The results obtained correlate with the theories on EIS technique and planar electromagnetic sensor which are presented in this paper

    Anisotropic materials having potential applications in display and other devices, liquid crystals (LC) research has made significant progress during the last few decades. Owing to the attractive electro­optic switching characteristics, banana-shaped LCs has been attracted to the scientific attention enormously. The relationship between their molecular structure and their mesomorphic properties is one of the highly investigated research topics for bent core LCs. The polar order of these molecules, owing to their bent shape, displays interesting properties such as ferroelectric or anti-ferroelectric switching. The occurrence of superstructural chirality in the mesophase of bentcore compounds without having any chiral moiety in the molecules is not only of fundamental scientific interest but also of industrial application as this chirality can be switched in external electric fields.     Energy optimization and effective control of reactive distillation process for the production of high purity biodiesel

    Biodiesel is a promising renewable energy option that significantly reduces the emission of greenhouse gases and other toxic byproducts. However, a major challenge in the industrial scale production of biodiesel is the desired product purity. To this end, reactive distillation (RD) processes, which involve simultaneous removal of the byproduct during the transesterification reaction, can drive the equilibrium towards high product yield. In the present study, we first optimized the heat exchange network (HEN) for a high purity RD process leading to a 34% reduction in the overall energy consumption. Further, a robust control scheme is proposed to mitigate any feed disturbance in the process that may compromise the product purity. Three rigorous case studies are performed to investigate the effect of composition control in the cascade with the temperature control of the product composition. The cascade control scheme effectively countered the disturbances and maintained the fatty acid mono-alkyl ester (FAME) purity

    Dynamic mechanical properties and morphology characteristics of rubber-toughened poly(lactic acid)

    This study investigates the effect of natural rubber (NR), epoxidised natural rubber (ENR), and core-shell rubber (CSR) as toughening agents for poly(lactic acid) (PLA). PLA/rubber blends were prepared by using melt blending method in a twin-screw extruder, with the content of rubbers was fixed at 5 wt. %. All PLA/rubber blends exhibited lower storage modulus compared to neat PLA. Two-stage storage modulus (E’) was also observed, where the first stage occurred at lower temperature corresponded to the glass transition temperature (Tg) of rubber components, whereas the second E’ corresponded to the Tg of PLA. The impact fracture surface of PLA/rubber blends also exhibited phase- separated morphology where the spherical-shaped rubber particles were clearly present in the PLA matrix

    Obstructive and restrictive spirometry from school age to adulthood: three birth cohort studies

    Background: Spirometric obstruction and restriction are two patterns of impaired lung function which are predictive of poor health. We investigated the development of these phenotypes and their transitions through childhood to early adulthood. Methods: In this study, we analysed pooled data from three UK population−based birth cohorts established between 1989 and 1995. We applied descriptive statistics, regression modelling and data-driven modelling to data from three population−based birth cohorts with at least three spirometry measures from childhood to adulthood (mid-school: 8–10 years, n = 8404; adolescence: 15–18, n = 5764; and early adulthood: 20–26, n = 4680). Participants were assigned to normal, restrictive, and obstructive spirometry based on adjusted regression residuals. We considered two transitions: from 8–10 to 15–18 and from 15–18 to 20–26 years. Findings: Obstructive phenotype was observed in ∼10%, and restrictive in ∼9%. A substantial proportion of children with impaired lung function in school age (between one third in obstructive and a half in restricted phenotype) improved and achieved normal and stable lung function to early adulthood. Of those with normal lung function in school-age, <5% declined to adulthood. Underweight restrictive and obese obstructive participants were less likely to transit to normal. Maternal smoking during pregnancy and current asthma diagnosis increased the risk of persistent obstruction and worsening. Significant associate of worsening in restrictive phenotypes was lower BMI at the first lung function assessment. Data-driven methodologies identified similar risk factors for obstructive and restrictive clusters. Interpretation: The worsening and improvement in obstructive and restrictive spirometry were observed at all ages. Maintaining optimal weight during childhood and reducing maternal smoking during pregnancy may reduce spirometry obstruction and restriction and improve lung function. Funding: MRC Grant MR/S025340/1
