Nifty Auto Index prediction on the basis of tweets sentiments
In this paper we investigate the complex relationshipbetween tweet sentiments with the Nifty Stock market AutoIndex (esp. stock prices). We will analyze sentiments for nearly 1million tweets from December 2015 to March 2016 for Nifty AutoIndex which includes 15 auto industries stocks. Our results willshow high correlation between stock prices and twittersentiments. A Granger causality analysis and a Neural Networkare then used to investigate the hypothesis that public moodstates are predictive of changes in Nifty Auto Index closingvalues
ANATOMICAL AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE OF SIRAVYADHA IN RELATION WITH MARMAS OF UPPER LIMB
The science of Ayurveda is well recognized system of medicine which have unique specialty in the field of Shalyathanthra. The concepts of Ayurveda Shareera evolved 3000yrs ago. Because of generation gap concepts appear to be misinterpreted or not fully developed. At this junction it is our moral duty to take up such studies to understand the concepts clearly and to pass on knowledge to younger generation.
It is one of the Para surgical procedure denoting letting of blood outside the body. Different modalities of Rakthamokshana are adopted according to Dosha avastha and Athura avastha. Siravyadha is one of the types of Rakthamokshana by Sasthravacharana. So as to explain its significance a stanza of Su.Sha 8/23 is sufficient.
Acharya Sushrutha has given same importance of Dosha to Raktha also, where in many places he has classified many diseases as Rakthaja also. Siravyadha is often recommended as Shodhana chikitsa for such diseases. In the Sushruta Samhita Sharirastana 8th Chapter particular anatomical sites especially the Marma sthanas are recommended as anatomical landmarks for Siravyadhana in Particular diseases. So this study helps to explore the Anatomical & Clinical relevance of Siravyadha on the basis of available literatures. So a creative and logical approach has been done to locate Siras for Siravyadha in Particular disease with Pathophysiological interpretation. So it can be concluded that Siravyadha is effective modality of treatment in many diseases. So the study taken up here is Anatomical and Clinical Relevance of Siravyadha in Relation with Marmas of Upper Limb
Linear independence of values of the -exponential and related functions
In this paper, we derive results concerning the linear independence of values
of the -exponential and certain cognate functions at algebraic arguments
when the associated modulus is a Pisot-Vijayraghavan number. As a
consequence, we deduce the irrationality of special values of these functions,
some of which were known earlier using alternate methods
Comparison of Low-Dose Gentamicin With Minocycline as Catheter Lock Solutions in the Prevention of Catheter-Related Bacteremia
Background: Catheter-restricted antibiotic lock solutions were found to be effective in the prevention of catheter-related bacteremia (CRB), but insufficient data are available about the ideal agent and dose. We hypothesized that a low concentration of gentamicin would be as effective as the high doses studied in the past. Methods: In this prospective, open-labeled, randomized, clinical trial of patients on long-term hemodialysis therapy, patients were randomly assigned to administration of an antibiotic lock solution of gentamicin/citrate (4 mg/mL), minocycline/EDTA, or the control solution of heparin. Patients were followed up until the study end point of CRB was reached or a censoring event occurred. Interim data analysis was performed after 6 months to assess data safety; efficacy was noted and the study was terminated early. Results: Sixty-two patients were enrolled into the study, evenly distributed in 3 arms, with data from 1 patient excluded from analysis. Seven of 20 patients in the heparin group (4.0 events/1,000 catheter days), 1 of 21 patients in the minocycline group (0.4 events/1,000 catheter days), and none of 20 patients in the gentamicin group developed bacteremia. Results were statistically significant by using 2-tailed Fisher exact test; heparin versus gentamicin, P = 0.008, and heparin versus minocycline, P = 0.020. Conclusion: Antibiotic lock solutions are superior to the standard heparin lock alone in the prevention of CRBs, and low-dose gentamicin solution has efficacy similar to that of greater concentrations used in previous studies. © 2006 National Kidney Foundation, Inc
An Assessment Framework to Determine the Strategic Value of IT Architectures in Smart Grids
Design Science Research (DSR) is a popular new research approach and paradigm, for which a number of research methodologies have been developed. One of the challenges facing researchers wanting to apply this new approach is the choice of research methodology. In this paper we give an account of six DSR methodologies and we compare them using a Design Science Research Methodology Comparison Framework that we adapted from an existing Information Systems Development Methodology Comparison Framework. Based on the outcomes of the comparison, we develop a set of technological rules that forms a contingency-based framework to support Design Science Researchers in choosing an appropriate and well-suited DSR methodology, depending on the contingencies of the situation at hand
A Synthesis of Hidden Subgroup Quantum Algorithms and Quantum Chemical Dynamics
We describe a general formalism for quantum dynamics and show how this
formalism subsumes several quantum algorithms including the Deutsch,
Deutsch-Jozsa, Bernstein-Vazirani, Simon, and Shor algorithms as well as the
conventional approach to quantum dynamics based on tensor networks. The common
framework exposes similarities among quantum algorithms and natural quantum
phenomena: we illustrate this connection by showing how the correlated behavior
of protons in water wire systems that are common in many biological and
materials systems parallels the structure of Shor's algorithm

Herein we present the case of a relatively young patient with HHT with an incidentally discovered locally advanced esophageal cancer on endoscopic screening and pathologically complete response after neoadjuvant chemoradiation. This case highlights an unusual tumor response to chemoradiation in locally advanced esophageal cancer, and the surveillance care of HHT patients
