The paper presents an overview of treaties and international agreements on non-proliferation of nuclear weapons that enable the creation of control and verification systems for nuclear materials. Particular attention paid to the NPT and the role of the IAEA.. Przeobrażenia zachodzące w przestępczości przekładają się wyraźnie na wysokie oceny bezpieczeństwa wskazywane przez mieszkańców Pomorza. W artykule przedstawiono, jak na przestrzeni tych lat wyglądało faktyczne zagrożenie głównymi kategoriami przestępstw kryminalnych, mających decydujący wpływ na poczucie bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców, oraz jakie zmiany zaszły w strukturze tej przestępczości.For many years, the safety indicator of the residents of Poland and the Pomeranian Province has been very high. It seems to be inextricably linked with the decreasing crime threat. The transformations taking place in crime are clearly reflected in high safety notes given by the Pomeranian inhabitants. The article presents the factual threat of main categories of crime which have a significant impact on residents’ safety feeling and the changes which have been taking place in that crime structure
