Development and implementation of investment projects are usually carried out under conditions of uncertainty determined by several factors. Eleven classification features are given for external risks divided into two groups: those that can be forecasted and those that can not. Investment risks areclassified according to the following main features: situation, scale, time to take decision, admissibility, specific aspects. Author’s risk management system structure is proposed.Разработка и реализация инвестиционных проектов обычно проходят в условиях неопределенности, определяемой рядом факторов. Для внешних рисков, которые можно разделить на непредсказуемые и предсказуемые, предложено одиннадцать классификационных признаков. Инвестиционные риски классифицированы по таким основным чертам как ситуация, масштаб, время принятия решения, приемлемость, особые аспекты. Представлена структура системы управления рисками

Interaction between credit and entrepreneurship organizations aimed at implementation of regional development programs should be improved according to the following main directions: better accessibility to financial resources; broader spectrum of consultancy, particularly business planning related services rendered to the business; more active cooperation with venture funds. Current regional crediting mechanisms are described for Kaluga Region as example.Основные направления совершенствования взаимодействия кредитных организаций и предпринимательских структур для реализации инвестиционных программ развития регионов: увеличение доступности финансовых ресурсов; расширение форм гибридного финансирования, синдицированного и лизингового кредитования, проектного финансирования; оказание бизнесу широкого спектра консультационных услуг, в особенности по бизнес-планированию; более активное сотрудничество с венчурными фондами. Chemistry for Sustainable Development 20 (2012) 161165 Novel Type of Sorbents Based on Sodium Polysulphide from the Wastes of Epichlorohydrin Production for Extracting Heavy Metal Compounds

Abstract A method was developed for obtaining granulated sulphur-containing sorbents with the use of wastes from epichlorohydrin production containing about 76 % of 1,2,3-trichloropropane was developed. The interaction between the wastes and sodium polysulphide is carried out in the presence of petroleum coke particles playing the role of polycondensation centres. The sorbents obtained are capable of extracting metals from aqueous solutions to exhibit the following sorption capacity (mg/g): Zn up to 74, Cd up to 31, Hg up to 152, Cu up to 25. The sorption mechanism is under discussion
