KEKUATAN PASAR DALAM PERDAGANGAN BERAS DI KOTA TASIKMALAYA

Inflation occurs in food prices, especially rice, which is related to price formation at final consumer level. Market institution adjust their behavior in the face of the market structure. This study aims to analyze existence of market power in the formation of rice prices at the end -consumer level. The data used is weekly price of rice according to quality during the 2019 - 2022 period in Tasikmalaya City. Data analysis was performed using error correction model. Results of the analysis show that there is market power in four of the six qualities of rice traded in Tasikmalaya City. Price setting at various price qualities traded at the retail level is also necessary as an effort to prevent significant price changes such as price regulation at the producer level. TRANSMISI HARGA VERTIKAL DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT (ANALISIS DATA PANEL)

Nilai tukar petani beras yang rendah berkaitan dengan harga yang terbentuk melalui proses transmisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transmisi harga beras pada jalur pemasaran di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data yang digunakan merupakan data bulanan dari Januari 2017 sampai Desember 2019 dengan sampel 17 Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan error correction model (ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadinya transmisi harga dalam jangka panjang dan pendek antara harga produsen dan konsumen beras dengan kecepatan penyesuaian yang cukup lambat

Tasikmalaya regency has great potential in the development of the livestock sector due to land use which is dominated by agricultural activities as a producer of forage. The current problem is the supply of forage which is influenced by the season. This service program aims to overcome these problems so as to increase the productivity of the livestock business. This service includes several stages, namely counseling, training, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. The time and place of the activity is from 5th June to 15th July 2021 in Setiawaras Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. Extension activities and training on feed processing with M-Bio technology have a positive impact in terms of the quantity and quality of feed. The use of local ingredients and M-Bio produces feed that can be stored for a week with complete nutrient content. In the long term, this activity will increase knowledge, skills and independence of farmers. Results of evaluation show attitude of farmers who are enthusiastic and satisfied with this activity
