    The Stand for Rehabilitation of the Human Spine

    W artykule przedstawiono oryginalne opracowane przez autorów stanowisko do ćwiczeń kręgosłupa, pozwalające na samodzielną rehabilitację pod kontrolą fizjoterapeuty oraz na bieżącą kontrolę kinematyki i dynamiki kręgosłupa człowieka. Opracowany i wykonany w ramach projektu Dynamiczny Korektor Kręgosłupa DKK oraz opracowana metodyka badawcza i nowa metoda rehabilitacji mogą przyczynić się do lepszego poznania przyczyn powstawania skolioz, ale przede wszystkim do skuteczniejszego ich leczenia i poprawy kondycji fizycznej osób z niesprawnościami na tym tle. Dynamiczny Korektor Kręgosłupa ma być urządzeniem do nowoczesnej diagnostyki i terapii zespołów bólowych i zaburzeń funkcji kręgosłupa przy minimalizacji zagrożeń dla zdrowia pacjenta, związanych z zażywaniem znieczulających środków farmakologicznych.Humans needs of the systematical exercises to keep normal, and good physical condition of human body. Absence of normal daily motions and exercises will loss of mass of muscles with disappearance of muscles and gradual, systematical decreasing of elasticity and strenghteness of bones and of ponds as a consequence of decalcification. Man by executing usual everyday practical acts, executes a physical effort (power), what assures keeping of his physical form in certain average level. It should be ascertain, that to keep normal full physical form, the man should demand of additional exercises in an open area (in fresh air) as walking, cycling, running, swimming, individual and team games for example in weekly cycle. It demands of special stands and devices for executing physical exercises with actual monitoring of the stand parameters and of human body conditions. Such an equipment should be highly functional, safe and easy in service. Till now the main attention was subjected to muscles of human extremities: upper – hands with hands and lower – legs with feets. Actually we now, that the spinal muscular system is very important too. To keep good condition of muscles and joints of spine, it is good to execute exercises in which muscles and joints of spine initialised dynamical game of ponds with rotational motions. The originally invented stand for exercises of spine muscles and ponds is presented in the paper. Special equipment allow to continuous measure of actual states of kinematics and dynamics of the human spine

    Risk assessment system in the production process of medical devices on the basis of dynamics spine corrector

    The article presents the methodology involved in creating a risk analysis of medical devices. General regulations contained in the PN-EN ISO 14971 provide manufacturers of medical basis for the concretization of standards in the form of risk assessment system for a particular process and product. However, there is no top-down regulations defining the level of acceptable risk and the decision to determine its value rests with the manufacturer. Effectiveness of taken measures was tested on the example of a analysis of dynamics spine corrector – medical device that is allowing independent rehabilitation under the supervision of a physiotherapist and current control of the kinematics and dynamics of the human spine
