Odpowiednie żywienie cieląt, w okresie od urodzenia do 12 miesięcy życia, wpływa w dużym stopniu na mleczność dorosłych krów. Dobór odpowiednich urządzeń stanowiących linie technologiczne do przygotowania wysokobiałkowych pasz do żywienia cieląt oraz jakość składników wysokobiałkowej paszy do żywienia cieląt stanowi podstawę badań efektywności żywienia wybranych grup kontrolnych cieląt. W artykule szczegółowo opisano technologię i urządzenia do przygotowywania łatwo przyswajalnej paszy opartej na roślinach strączkowych do karmienia cieląt. Stwierdzono, że dzięki karmieniu taką paszą szybciej rozwija się przewód pokarmowy u cieląt we wczesnym okresie życia. Odnotowano duży wzrost żywej wagi i jednocześnie zmniejszenie spożycia pełnego mleka lub jego zamienników. Badania wpływu koncentratu paszowego dla młodego bydła w okresie mlecznym wykazały wzrost wydajności o 6,6% i spadek kosztów karmy o 5,73%.High milk productivity of adult animals is directly dependent on the conditions of growing and feeding calves in the dairy period. It is known that among the whole complex of factors affecting the intensive growth of calves, the quality of food and the method of feeding the calves in the first periods of postembryonic development of young animals from birth to 12 months deserve the most attention. In order to reduce the consumption of whole milk for feeding calves and accelerate the development of the digestive tract in calves in early life, with high gains in live weight, they are trying to implement in practice by introducing vegetable feed into the diet. However, plant foods, even highenergy ones, such as cereal and leguminous crops containing a large amount of protein, carbohydrates, starch, etc., are digested by the calves very slowly and in small quantities. It is shown that to eliminate these shortcomings, it is advisable to extrude all plant feed. Extrusion allows you to turn complex organic compounds of plant feed into easily digestible simple sugars and inactivate antinutrients. In order to achieve good eatability of the dry concentrate, milk powder and whey powder are included in its composition. The article describes in detail the technology and device for preparing easily digestible food based on legumes for feeding calves of the dairy period, which, when fed, accelerate the development of the digestive tract in the early life of calves with high gains in live weight, reduce the consumption of whole milk or its substitutes and energy costs by its production. Studies on the effect of feeding feed concentrate to young cattle during the dairy period under the conditions of MTF Berezovitsa SE ZhodinoAgroPleMelita showed an increase in productivity by 6.6% and a decrease in feed costs by 5.73%

New Evidence of the Importance of Weak Interactions in the Formation of PML-bodies

In this work, we performed a comparative study of the formation of PML bodies by full-length PML isoforms and their C-terminal domains in the presence and absence of endogenous PML. Based on the analysis of the distribution of intrinsic disorder predisposition in the amino acid sequences of PML isoforms, regions starting from the amino acid residue 395 (i.e., sequences encoded by exons 4–6) were assigned as the C-terminal domains of these proteins. We demonstrate that each of the full-sized nuclear isoforms of PML is capable of forming nuclear liquid-droplet compartments in the absence of other PML isoforms. These droplets possess dynamic characteristics of the exchange with the nucleoplasm close to those observed in the wild-type cells. Only the C-terminal domains of the PML-II and PML-V isoforms are able to be included in the composition of the endogenous PML bodies, while being partially distributed in the nucleoplasm. The bodies formed by the C-terminal domain of the PML-II isoform are dynamic liquid droplet compartments, regardless of the presence or absence of endogenous PML. The C-terminal domain of PML-V forms dynamic liquid droplet compartments in the knockout cells (PML−/−), but when the C-terminus of the PML-V isoform is inserted into the existing endogenous PML bodies, the molecules of this protein cease to exchange with the nucleoplasm. It was demonstrated that the K490R substitution, which disrupts the PML sumoylation, promotes diffuse distribution of the C-terminal domains of PML-II and PML-V isoforms in endogenous PML knockout HeLa cells, but not in the wild-type cells. These data indicate the ability of the C-terminal domains of the PML-II and PML-V isoforms to form dynamic liquid droplet-like compartments, regardless of the ordered N-terminal RBCC motifs of the PML. This indicates a significant role of the non-specific interactions between the mostly disordered C-terminal domains of PML isoforms for the initiation of liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS) leading to the formation of PML bodies
