    La mejor forma de ayudar a las personas con discapacidad es rompiendo las barreras de cohesi贸n social que limitan sus oportunidades y brind谩ndoles la autonom铆a suficiente para que puedan valerse por s铆 mismos; cuando se le ense帽a a una persona con habilidades f铆sicas y mentales diferentes a ser aut贸nomo, genera confianza en s铆 mismo y esto puede ayudar eficazmente en el desarrollo evolutivo de su tratamiento de rehabilitaci贸n. Pues es aqu铆 en donde la arquitectura juega un rol importante, si brindamos un ambiente din谩mico aplicando los modelos de rehabilitaci贸n basados en la comunidad y empleando los principios de accesibilidad universal para que las personas con discapacidad ejerciten su rol de autonom铆a e inclusi贸n social, podremos generar un gran aporte en su proceso de rehabilitaci贸n La presente investigaci贸n contempla un an谩lisis contextual y diagn贸stico de la problem谩tica, los objetivos son la creaci贸n de un centro integral de rehabilitaci贸n que cubra la demanda existente de personas con discapacidad en Piura La investigaci贸n se organiza en cap铆tulos, el primero de ellos es la fundamentaci贸n de proyecto el cual describe el marco te贸rico, metodolog铆a implementada, la investigaci贸n program谩tica, an谩lisis de la localizaci贸n y par谩metros normativos; el segundo cap铆tulo describe el proyecto arquitect贸nico en base a los lineamientos planteados previamente para luego concluir con la memoria descriptiva de estructuras, instalaciones el茅ctricas, sanitarias, mec谩nicas y plan de seguridad en la edificaci贸nThe best way to help people with disabilities is by breaking down the barriers of social cohesion that limit their opportunities and giving them sufficient autonomy so that they can fend for themselves; When a person with different physical and mental abilities is taught to be autonomous, it builds selfconfidence and this can effectively help in the evolutionary development of their rehabilitation treatment. Well, this is where architecture plays an important role, if we provide a dynamic environment by applying communitybased rehabilitation models and using the principles of universal accessibility so that people with disabilities exercise their role of autonomy and social inclusion, we can generate a great contribution to your rehabilitation process This research contemplates a contextual analysis and diagnosis of the problem, the objectives are the creation of a comprehensive rehabilitation center that meets the existing demand of people with disabilities in Piura.     Effects of hydrolysis and bleaching conditions on the efficiency of cellulose microfibrils extraction from coffee parchment through a design of experiments

    Cellulose microfibrils were isolated from coffee parchment through acid hydrolysis, alkaline hydrolysis, and bleaching. Factorial design experiments allowed studying the influence of the chemical precursor concentrations and reaction times on the mass losses. TGA, SEM, XRD, and FT-IR techniques allowed for characterizing the coffee parchment hydrolyzed and bleached. Obtained results suggest that acid hydrolysis breaks down the lignocellulosic compounds from the coffee parchment, and alkaline hydrolysis allows the solubilization of lignin and hemicellulose. Lignocellulosic compound dissolution produces a reduction/disappearance of some vibrational bands. This dissolution enhances the crystalline index and decreases the microfibril鈥檚 diameter. However, in coffee parchment, the microfibrils are twisted, giving the appearance of fibers with a minor diameter. The design of the experiment results suggests that the main factors during acid and alkaline hydrolysis are the concentration of the chemical precursors. In the bleaching process, a variation in the factors does not significantly influence the response variable. However, for brightness, the precursor concentration affects the cellulose quality. The optimal conditions for cellulose extraction from coffee parchment are 5% (v/v) of HNO3 by 2聽h, 3% (m/v) NaOH by 60聽min, and a 1:1 mass of NaClO:CH3COOH by 45聽min for bleaching.Fil: Henao Rodr铆guez, Juan Esteban.
