    This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and quality of work life on employee performance at Mercu Buana University in Jakarta. The approach used is a quantitative method with regression techniques. The population of this study is all employee of Mercu Buana University amounted to 812 people, the sample technique used was purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 188 people, with the criteria: 1. Employee Educational of UMB in Jakarta, 2. . Employee Educational of UMB in Jakarta has the status of permanent employees. Data wereanalyzed uses program of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence on organizational performance on employee performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on employee performance, (3) there is a positive influence and significant quality of work life on employee performance, (4) there is a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, work discipline and quality of work life simultaneously on employee performance with value Fhitung > Ftabel atau 66,768 > 2,6537 and R² value is 0,52
