    This research was conducted at Institute of Quality Development and Quality Assurance Diponegoro University of Semarang in the Administration of Program and Evaluation sub-section. Problems to be studied are how the procurement procedures of office equipment and what are the obstacles in handling the procurement procedure of office equipment at Institute of Quality Development and Quality Assurance Dipnegoro University. In this study the authors examine the procurement procedure of supplies in LP2MP Undip. The purpose of this study is to describe the procurement procedures of Office Equipment in LP2MP along with any obstacles experienced in the procurement process as well as solutions or suggestions that can be given. This research uses qualitative descriptive type by using information source from the employees in Institute of Quality Development and Quality Assurance Diponegoro University. Procedure of Procurement Office equipment at Institute of Quality Development and Quality Assurance Diponegoro University is guided by Presidential Regulation No. 4 of 2015 on the procurement of Government Goods and Services. There are 3 ways of procurement process namely direct procurement, direct appointment and direct election. The problems encountered in this study are the responsibility of procurement officers and all employees in LP2MP Undip. From the results of this study the author gives little input or suggestions that need a sense of responsibility and thoroughness to facilitate the process of procurement of office equipment effectively
