PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI SUMENEP MADURA

Suatu bangsa dapat dikatakan besar jika bangsa tersebut memiliki karakter baik dan kuat yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakatnya. Sehingga penggalian nilai-nilai kearifan lokal merupakan langkah strategis dalam upaya membangun karakter bangsa. Salah satunya me- dia yang tepat untuk membangun dan mengembangkan karakter bangsa Indonesia agar memiliki karakter baik, kuat, unggul, dan mulia adalah melalui jalur pendidikan yang harus dimulai sejak sekolah dasar. Namun dalam praktek pendidikan karakter seringkali menemukan persoalan. Per- soalan yang tampak salah satunya terdapat pada efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran. Se- hingga perlu adanya suatu media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menyenangkan serta sesuai dengan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa Indonesia. Dalam budaya masyarakat terdapat banyak unsur yang bisa digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, salah satunya permainan tradisional masyarakat. Per- mainan tradisional merupakan salah satu media yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya. Objek gagasan ilmiah pada artikel ilmiah ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar di Sumenep Madura. Data yang dipergunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini bersumber dari berbagai literatur yang relevan dan narasumber yang mendukung topik permasalahan. Dilan- jutkan dengan proses sintesis dengan menghubungkan pendahuluan, tujuan penulisan, dan pem- bahasan yang dilakukan dengan sistematis yang logis. Dari deskripsi data didapatkan bukti nyata efektivitas penggunaan media permainan anak tradisional dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter siswa sekolah dasar di Sumenep Madura. Karena dalam permainan tradisional yang digunakan banyak terkandung nilai-nilai yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan sembilan pilar pendidikan kara- kter bangsa. The Adsorbsi Cuper (II) by Sulfonated Sawdust

The existence of heavy metals is one of the major problems in the world. Increasing concentration of heavy metals because toxic in the soil, air, and water. Many methods have been developed to decrease concentration of heavy metals from water, for example by precipitation, evaporation, electrochemical and resin's consumption. However, the method is not effective because it requires high cost to operate. Therefore, the research for that materials are cheap and available. Biomaterial is one of the are used to reduce heavy metals from water (biosorption), for example sawdust. In this research, sawdust that used as adsorbent ion copper (II) must be modified by adding a sulfonate group by sulfonation process. The parameters tested are the activation time (sulfonation) and contact time. The optimum conditions of adsorption of Copper (II) by sulfonated sawdust in a single solution occurred at the sulfonation time 120 minutes and adsorption's contact time 60 minutes, the efficiency adsorption is 99.27%. From that conditions, the sulfonated sawdust is tested on the adsorption of Copper (II) in electroplating wastewater. The efficiency adsorption of Copper (II) in electroplating wastewater is 39.03%. This is occured because of the competition uptake's metals in the electroplating wastewater

The purpose of this study was to analyze the recruitment procedure, selection and placement of employees in LPP TVRI Sumsel Babel. This study uses qualitative and descriptive analysis techniques. Data in this study was obtained from interviews and questionnaires to 68 employees in LPP TVRI Sumsel Babel. From the results of this research note that the recruitment of employees using a closed system. This is because the financial obstacle of company for open recruitment. From 68 respondents, there are 73.53 percent of respondents aware of any recruitment of families who worked in LPP TVRI Sumsel Babel and the remaining 26.47 per cent know of a friend who works there. to obtain employment in accordance with the job specification, the company should conduct open recruitment
