El análisis económico-financiero como herramienta del proceso de gestión cooperativa (Original)

The present investigation was carried out with the objective of designing a procedure for the economic-financial analysis that favors the continuous improvement of the management process in Basic Units of Cooperative Production of the territory. To carry out the research it was necessary to use methods: theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical such as simple random sampling, as well as scientific research techniques: interview and survey. The historical-logical analysis carried out allowed us to analyze the evolution that the theory of cooperativism has had internationally and particularly in Cuba, as well as the importance it represents in the current context of changes in which the country is immersed and where the largest percentage of the Agricultural production is concentrated in cooperatives, hence the need to strengthen its management process based on the use of economic-financial instruments in response to the increase in productive efficiency that meets the food needs of the population. The same was applied in the UBPC "Panchito Gómez Toro", of the Bartolomé Masó municipality, UBPC "Andrés Cuevas Heredia" and UBPC "Julio Zenón Acosta", the latter of the Bayamo municipality, which allowed to identify the main economic-financial problems that affect the cooperative management process, which allowed adopting the necessary measures for its continuous improvement.La presente investigación fue realizada con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento para el análisis económico-financiero que favorezca la mejora continua del proceso de gestión en Unidades Básicas de Producción Cooperativas del territorio. Para la realización de la investigación fue necesario el empleo de métodos: teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos-matemáticos como el muestreo aleatorio simple, así como de técnicas de investigación científica: la entrevista y la encuesta. El análisis histórico-lógico realizado permitió analizar la evolución que ha tenido la teoría del cooperativismo a nivel internacional y particularmente en Cuba, así como la importancia que representa en el actual contexto de cambios en que está inmerso el país y donde el mayor porciento de la producción agropecuaria se concentra en las cooperativas, de ahí la necesidad de fortalecer su proceso de gestión a partir de la utilización de instrumentos económicos-financieros como respuesta al incremento de la eficiencia productiva que satisfagan las necesidades alimentarias de la población. El mismo fue aplicado en las UBPC “Panchito Gómez Toro”, del municipio Bartolomé Masó, UBPC “Andrés Cuevas Heredia” y UBPC “Julio Zenón Acosta” estas últimas del municipio Bayamo, el cual permitió identificar los principales problemas económico-financieros que afectan el proceso de gestión cooperativa, lo cual permitió adoptar las medidas necesarias para su mejora continua

Evaluación de los riesgos de solicitudes de créditos en el sector cooperativo y campesino del Banco de Crédito y Comercio en el municipio Buey Arriba (Original).

The constant perfecting of the methods of work and action under labor codes is a task of vital importance in the society Cuban. This article has like objective: Evaluating the risks of requests of credits at the cooperative sector and peasant of the BANDEC at the municipality the Ox Arrives. Getting like results of investigation the elaboration of the theoretic fundamental elements in relation to the object of study that is adapted to the particularities of the rural sector and that you will contribute to decreasing the default risk of the dates of reimbursement in the granted loans, the elaboration of a proposal for the analysis of financings. Theoretic methods, empiricists, statistician will be applicable for it – fact-finding mathematicians, coming near to findings and recommendations and updated bibliography will be looked up.El perfeccionamiento constante de los métodos de trabajo y los procesos laborales es una tarea de vital importancia en la sociedad cubana. Este artículo tiene como objetivo: Evaluar los riesgos de solicitudes de créditos en el sector cooperativo y campesino del BANDEC en el municipio Buey Arriba. Obteniéndose como resultados de la investigación la elaboración de los elementos teóricos fundamentales en relación al objeto de estudio, la elaboración de una propuesta para el análisis de los financiamientos que se adapta a las particularidades del sector rural y que contribuirá a disminuir el riesgo de incumplimiento de las fechas de reembolso en los préstamos otorgados. Para ello se aplicarán métodos teóricos, empíricos, estadístico – matemáticos de investigación, arribándose a conclusiones y recomendaciones y se consultará bibliografía actualizada

Análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo del capital de trabajo: caso de estudio cooperativa “Andrés Cuevas Heredia” (Original)

Financial administration is a topic of great importance, being considered a tool that allows business organizations to strengthen their management process and efficient and timely decision-making in the use of their financial resources. The present investigation was developed in the cooperative "Andrés Cuevas Heredia", with the objective of carrying out a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the working capital that allows managers to have the necessary information to strengthen the management process and decision making. Efficient in managing the cooperative's finances. This type of analysis is of vital importance since it offers information related to the cooperative's ability to meet payment commitments in the short term and the quality with which working capital is managed. For the development of it, it was necessary to start from the theoretical foundations related to financial administration in general and working capital in particular. The analysis carried out showed a decrease in the main current asset accounts, as well as a considerable increase in the liability accounts, which generated a decrease in the result of the main financial ratios calculated. It is concluded that in the cooperative the collection management carried out is not the most effective, reflected in the balance that shows the short-term accounts receivable and the aged balances that it presents.La administración financiera constituye un tema de gran importancia, al ser considerada una herramienta que permite a las organizaciones empresariales fortalecer su proceso de gestión y la toma de decisiones eficientes y oportunas en el empleo de sus recursos financieros. La presente investigación se desarrolló en la cooperativa “Andrés Cuevas Heredia”, con el objetivo de realizar un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo del capital de trabajo que les permita a los directivos contar con la información necesaria para fortalecer el proceso de gestión  y la toma de decisiones eficientes en la administración de las finanzas de la cooperativa. Este tipo de análisis es de vital importancia puesto que ofrece información relacionada con la capacidad que posee la cooperativa para afrontar los compromisos de pagos en el corto plazo y la calidad con que se gestiona el capital de trabajo. Para el desarrollo de la misma fue necesario partir de los fundamentos teóricos relacionados con la administración financiera de forma general y del  capital de trabajo en particular. El análisis realizado evidenció una disminución de las principales cuentas del activo circulante, así como un aumento considerable de las cuentas del pasivo, lo cual generó una disminución del resultado de los principales ratios financieros calculados. Se llega a la conclusión de que en la cooperativa la gestión de cobros realizada no es la más efectiva, reflejada esta en el saldo que muestran la cuentas por cobrar a corto plazo y los saldos envejecidos que presenta

Propuesta de análisis de la posición económica y financiera en empresas del territorio

The present investigation has as objective to carry out the analysis of the economic and financial position that allows to develop abilities in the students, from the subject Superior Accounting, in function of the solution of the professional problems that you/they characterize the countable and financial practice.  To give execution to the proposed objective it was necessary to leave of the relating ones theoretical related with the accounting the economic analysis - financial, for that which was used as fundamental theoretical method the Dialectical one - Materialistic and inside this: the historical-logical, analytic-synthetic and the inductive-deductive one, besides the empiric method: the observation and the statistical one - mathematical: simple random sampling and the descriptive statistic. Their application allowed to identify the analysis techniques and indicators to use in the investigation, as technical they are based: the horizontal and vertical comparisons, the tendency analysis and the employment of financial reasons, these last ones considered to the effects of the objective of the investigation like indicators. A report is presented on the economic situation - financial of the company and the identified problems, that which will allow him to adopt the necessary measures to drive to the company to the achievement of better results in its process of managerial administration and taking of efficient decisions.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar el análisis de la posición económica y financiera, que permita desarrollar habilidades en los estudiantes, desde la asignatura Contabilidad Superior, en función de la solución de los problemas profesionales que caracterizan la práctica contable y financiera.  Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto fue necesario partir de los referentes teóricos relacionados con la contabilidad el análisis económico - financiero, para lo cual se empleó como método teórico fundamental el Dialéctico - Materialista y dentro de este: el histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético y el inductivo-deductivo, además del método empírico: la observación y el estadístico - matemático: muestreo aleatorio simple y la estadística  descriptiva. Su aplicación permitió identificar las técnicas de análisis e  indicadores a emplear en la investigación, como técnicas se fundamentan: las comparaciones horizontales y verticales, el analisis de tendencia y el empleo de razones financieras, estas últimas consideradas a los efectos del objetivo de la investigación como indicadores. Se presenta un informe sobre la situación económico - financiera de la empresa y los problemas identificados, lo cual le permitirá adoptar las medidas necesaria para conducir a la empresa al logro de mejores resultados en su proceso de gestión empresarial y toma de decisiones eficientes
