Novi obuhvat roda Alyssum L. (Brassicaceae) u flori Hrvatske

Until now, the genus Alyssum L. has been represented by a total of 19 taxa in the Flora Croatica Database (FCD). In this paper a detailed review of this genus in Croatian flora was carried out based on most recent phylogenetic, taxonomic, and nomenclatural studies. Based on the presented results five of the current taxa are not subjected to any nomenclatural change, five require nomenclatural change, nine should be excluded from the Croatian flora while one new taxon should be included. Three taxa should be excluded from the genus Alyssum and included in the resurrected genus Odontarrhena C.A.Mey. ex Ledeb., namely O. muralis, O. tortuosa and O. metajnae. The most substantial change in the genus Alyssum is the exclusion of A. montanum and some related segregates (variety molliusculum and subspecies pagense) from Croatian flora and classification of the attributed populations as A. austrodalmaticum, A. gmelinii, A. pluscanescens and A. repens. The other excluded taxa, without reliable data indicating their presence in Croatia, are: A. hirsutum, A. ovirense, A. repens subsp. transsilvanicum, A. repens subsp. trichostachyum and A. wierzbickii. Following this review, taking into account the latest taxonomic and nomenclatural revisions, the genus Alyssum is represented by eight species and the genus Odontarrhena by three species in Croatian flora.U bazi podataka Flora Hrvatske (FCD) rod Alyssum L. dosad je bio zastupljen sa ukupno 19 svojti. Na temelju najnovijih filogenetskih, taksonomskih i nomenklaturnih istraživanja napravljena je detaljna revizija roda u flori Hrvatske. Nakon provedene revizije utvrđeno je da pet dosadašnjih svojti ostaje nepromijenjeno, za pet svojti je potrebna nomenklaturna promjena, devet svojti je potrebno isključiti iz flore Hrvatske dok je jednu svojtu potrebno uključiti. Tri svojte je potrebno izdvojiti iz roda Alyssum i uključiti u ponovno uspostavljeni rod Odontarrhena C.A.Mey. ex Ledeb.; O. metajnae, O. muralis i O. tortuosa. Unutar roda Alyssum najznačajnija promjena je isključenje vrste A. montanum kao i pojedinih povezanih svojti (varijetet molliusculum i podvrsta pagense) iz hrvatske flore te podjela svih pripadajućih populacija vrstama A. austrodalmaticum, A. gmelinii, A. pluscanescens i A. repens. Ostale isključene svojte, bez pouzdanih podataka koji potvrđuju njihovu prisutnost na području Hrvatske, su: A. hirsutum, A. ovirense, A. repens subsp. transsilvanicum, A. repens subsp. trichostachyum i A. wierzbickii. Na temelju ove revizije i uzimajući u obzir sadašnje taksonomske i nomenklaturne prijedloge, rod Alyssum je u flori Hrvatske zastupljen s osam vrsta dok je rod Odontarrhena zastupljen s tri vrste

Pregled povijesnog herbarijskog materijala vrste Dianthus sylvestris u zbirkama Herbarium Croaticum i Herbarij Ive i Marije Horvat

In order to initiate a taxonomical revision of the Dianthus sylvestris group, an inventory of historical herbarium materials from ZA and ZAHO collections was conducted. Herbarium specimens of D. sylvestris group from these two herbaria were digitized and the data from the original herbarium labels were inserted in the Flora Croatica Database. A total of 344 herbarium sheets were digitized and six taxa (D. sylvestris Wulfen in Jacq. ssp. sylvestris, D. sylvestris ssp. tergestinus (Rchb.) Hayek, D. sylvestris ssp. longicaulis (Ten.) Greuter et Burdet, D. sylvestris ssp. nodosus (Tausch) Hayek, D. siculus C. Presl and D. arrosti C. Presl) were registered within studied collections. Inventory of herbarium sheets from ZA and ZAHO historical collections provided a significant insight into historical distributional data of D. sylvestris taxa related to the area of the Balkan Peninsula, which is a prerequisite for accurate taxonomic/ geographic sampling for further morphological and molecular analyses.Kako bi se započelo s taksonomskom revizijom grupe svojti koje pripadaju Dianthus sylvestris, provedeno je popisivanje povijesnog herbarijskog materijala iz zbirki ZA i ZAHO. Herbarijski primjerci vrsta koje pripadaju grupi D. sylvestris su digitalizirani, a podaci s originalnih herbarijskih etiketa su uneseni u bazu podataka Flora Croatica. Digitalizirano je ukupno 344 herbarijskih listova i zabilježeno je šest svojti (D. sylvestris Wulfen in Jacq. ssp. sylvestris, D. sylvestris ssp. tergestinus (Rchb.) Rod Aurinia Desv. (Brassicaceae) u ZA i ZAHO zbirkama

This paper presents the collection of the genus Aurinia Desv. species in ZA and ZAHO herbaria. The revision and the analyses of the material are presented. Herbarium specimens from these two herbaria were digitized and the data from the original herbarium labels were inserted in the Flora Croatica Database. A total of 203 herbarium sheets were digitized and nine taxa (A. corymbosa Griesb., A. leucadea (Guss.) K. Koch ssp. leucadea, A. leucadea (Guss.) K. Koch ssp. media (Host) Plazibat, A. petraea (Ard.) Schur, A. petraea (Ard.) Schur ssp. microcarpa (Vis.) Plazibat, A. saxatilis (L.) Desv., A. saxatilis (L.) Desv. ssp. orientalis (Ard.) T. R. Dudley, A. saxatilis (L.) Desv. ssp. saxatilis, A. sinuata (L.) Griseb.) were registered within studied collections. The specimens originate from 16 European countries and the majority of herbarium sheets were collected in Croatia. The majority of specimens were collected between 1900s and 1950s. The comparison between the recorded distribution data in the Flora Croatica Database and the distribution based on herbarium specimens is made and the herbarium specimens generally well represent the distribution range of studied taxa.U radu je prikazana zastupljenost vrsta roda Aurinia Desv. u sklopu herbarijskih zbirki ZA i ZAHO. Napravljena je revizija i analiza svih herbarijskih primjeraka. Herbarijski primjerci su digitalizirani, a podaci s originalnih herbarijskih etiketa su uneseni u bazu podataka Flora Croatica. Digitalizirano je ukupno 203 herbarijskih listova i zabilježeno je devet svojti (A. corymbosa Griesb., A. leucadea (Guss.) K. Koch ssp. leucadea, A. leucadea (Guss.) K. Koch ssp. media (Host) Plazibat, A. petraea (Ard.) Schur,A. petraea (Ard.) Schur ssp. microcarpa (Vis.) Plazibat, A. saxatilis (L.) Desv., A. saxatilis (L.) Desv. ssp. orientalis (Ard.) T. R. Dudley, A. saxatilis (L.) Desv. ssp. saxatilis, A. sinuata (L.) Griseb.). Primjerci potječu iz 16 europskih zemalja, te je većina primjeraka sakupljena na području Republike Hrvatske. Većina herbarijskih primjeraka je sakupljena između 1900-1950 godine. Učinjena je usporedba podataka o rasprostranjenosti tih vrsta u Flora Croatica bazi podataka s onima o njihovoj rasprostranjenosti prema herbarijskim primjercima, te se distribucija herbarijskih primjeraka uglavnom dobro poklapa sa stvarnom rasprostranjenosti istraživanih svojti

Thladiantha dubia Bunge (Cucurbitaceae), nova alohtona vrsta u hrvatskoj flori

Thladiantha dubia Bunge (Cucurbitaceae) is native to northern China, cultivated in Europe from the second half of the 19th century, then escaped from cultivation and established more or less naturalized populations in Central and SE Europe. In Croatia it was found for the first time in the part of the city of Zagreb called Savica – an area of old backwaters of the Sava River, in nitrophilous, ruderal habitats i. e. antropogenically strongly disturbed stands of floodplain forests of willows and poplars (Salicion albae Soó 1940).Thladiantha dubia Bunge (Cucurbitaceae) vrsta je autohtona u sjevernim dijelovima Kine koja se od druge polovice 19. stoljeća kultivira u Europi. Izlaskom iz kulture uspostavila je manje-više stabilne populacije u srednjoj i jugoistočnoj Europi. U Hrvatskoj je po prvi put pronađena kod Zagreba, na Savici, području starih savskih rukavaca gdje nastanjuje nitrofilna, ruderalna staništa, odnosno antropogeno snažno poremećene sastojine poplavnih šuma vrba i topola (Salicion albae Soó 1940)
