    Maestr铆a en Educaci贸n - Modalidad VirtualCoexistence is the ability of people to live with others (live-in) in a framework of reciprocal respect and solidarity, a good coexistence promotes the values, norms and attitudes of people, based on this concept the present project studies a problem presented at the Brooks Hill Bilingual School Educational Institution, there are conflicts and problems of school coexistence in boys and girls; specifically in grades 6 and 7, due to the factors of extra-age, because of the social life system in which they operate. Their behavior is affecting in them the curricular learning, the lack of tolerance and respect in the classroom, causing demotivation, lack of interest in the development of the classes, by the little capacity of concentration, originated by the disorder and noise caused by the constant fights, which leads to low student performance, resulting in school dropout or loss of the school year. Through this research, the impact of the strategy of values practice in the improvement processes of school coexistence and the formation of Peace Managers, in grades 6 and 7 of the Brooks Hill Educational Institution, was analyzed. Manifestations of school coexistence, a pedagogical strategy was formulated based on extracurricular activities of values practice for the transformation of school coexistence and the formation of peace managers and the impact of the development of extracurricular activities based on the practice of values for the transformation of school coexistence and the training of peace managersLa convivencia es la capacidad de las personas de vivir con otras en un marco de respeto y solidaridad rec铆proca, partiendo de este concepto el presente proyecto estudia una problem谩tica presentada en la Instituci贸n Educativa Brooks Hill Bilingual School , hay conflictos y roblemas de convivencia escolar en los ni帽os y ni帽as; espec铆ficamente en los grados 6 y 7, debido a los factores de extra edad, por causa del sistema de vida social en el que se desenvuelven Su comportamiento est谩 afectando en ellos el aprendizaje curricular, la falta de tolerancia y respeto en el aula, provocando desmotivaci贸n, falta de inter茅s en el desarrollo de las clases, lo que conlleva al bajo rendimiento de los estudiantes, dando como resultado la deserci贸n escolar o la p茅rdida del a帽o lectivo. A trav茅s de esta investigaci贸n se analiz贸 la incidencia que tiene la estrategia de pr谩ctica de valores en los procesos de mejoramiento de la convivencia escolar y la formaci贸n de Gestores de Paz, en los grados 6 y 7 de la Instituci贸n Educativa Brooks manifestaciones de convivencia escolar , se formul贸 una estrategia pedag贸gica sustentada en actividades extracurriculares de pr谩ctica de valores para la trasformaci贸n de la convivencia escolar y la formaci贸n de gestores de paz y se evalu贸 el impacto del desarrollo de las actividades extracurriculares basadas en la pr谩ctica de valores para la trasformaci贸n de la convivencia escolar y la formaci贸n de gestores de pa
