    ABSTRACT INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS PERCEPTION OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AFTER UNIVERSITY SEBELAS MARET SET AS A PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCY (Case Study on Financial Statement 2009) Ria Rizki Ramadhani F0307076 The purpose of this study is to determine the internal stakeholders's perception of accountability and transparency of Financial Statements of University Sebelas Maret in 2009. This research is based on previous research by Sutedjo (2009), Kasijan (2009), Uruci (2007), Wulandari (2009), and Jagat (2006). The population in this study is internal stakeholders, including the leaders, employees and staffs of the University Sebelas Maret. The method sampling is judgment purposive sampling method. Data obtained by distributing questionnaire containing 10 questions to 30 respondents. Gap analysis is used to interpret research data. The result of this research shows that internal stakeholders's perception for accountability of Financial Statements of University Sebelas Maret is moderate or normal. Internal stakeholders's perception for transparency of Financial Statements of University Sebelas Maret is low or not satisfied.     Using Films to Teach Listening Comprehension

    ABSTRACTUsing films for classroom activities is often doubted as an appropriate and meaningful way to teach listening comprehension. Since the film is authentic material and far from pedagogical instruction, its use has rarely been paid attention to. This paper aims to prove that using film can be an alternative and effective way to teach listening comprehension. The problems which are commonly faced by the students in film viewing for listening activities and the proposed techniques along with film viewing activities are discussed further in this paper. The result of the discussion shows that using film to teach listening comprehension is motivating, enhancing and appealing for the students.ABSTRAKMenggunakan film untuk kegiatan di kelas sering diragukan sebagai cara yang berarti dan sesuai untuk mengajarkan listening comprehension. Karena film adalah materi otentik dan dianggap jauh dari konten pedagogik, penggunaan film jarang sekali diberi perhatian. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa menggunakan film untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif dan cara yang efektif untuk mengajarkan listening comprehension. Artikel ini membahas masalah-masalah yang umum dihadapi oleh siswa dalam kegiatan pemutaran film, teknik-teknik untuk memutar film, dan kegiatan-kegiatan dalam pemutaran film untuk kegiatan listening di kelas.     The effect of administering rhizome extract of curcuma (Curcuma xanthorrhiza roxb.) at various doses on the thickness of vaginal epithelium in mice (Mus musculus) exposed to MSG

    he usage of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) as flavour enhancer in food is increasing and has reached alarming condition. Excessive consumption of MSG results in the formation of a number of free radicals in the body and affects the function of hypothalamus. A disturbed hypothalamus results in the decline of estrogen levels, and in turn, this estrogen deficiency causes a decrease in vaginal epithelial proliferation in which epithelial cells become thinner. Giving antioxidants might help to address these problems. One of the plants that is rich in antioxidant and grow in mass in Indonesia is curcuma. This study is aimed at analyzing the effect of giving curcuma extract (Curcuma Xanthorrhiza Roxb.) with varying doses on the thickness of vaginal epithelium in mice that are exposed to MSG. The research design employed in the study is true experimental posttest only control group by using 5 groups, namely: K1 (CMC-Na), K2 (MSG), P1 (MSG + curcuma rhizome extract dose of 0,4mg/gr BW), P2 (MSG + curcuma rhizome extract dose of 0,8mg/gr BW), P3 (MSG + curcuma rhizome extract dose of 1,2mg/gr BW). Vagina of each mouse was taken and studied to measure its epithelial thickness by using a 40x magnification on Olympus micrograph microscope. Data were then analyzed using One Way ANOVA. The results show that there is no significant difference in the thickness of vaginal epithelium in each treatment (ρ-value 0.341). Therefore, it can be concluded that the extract of curcuma rhizome does not have a significant influence on the thickness of vaginal epithelium in mice that are exposed to MSG

    Sebagai tempat pendidikan, sekolah harus dianggap aman dan kondusif dalam pembelajaran. Di MAN 2 Langsa, banyak kawasan yang belum dikembangkan dan masih kosong. Artinya, lokasi sekolah saat ini mempunyai potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi kawasan produktif yang mampu menampung banyak sumber daya manusia seperti guru dan siswa. Dalam situasi ini, penulis mengajukan program kerja pembuatan taman TOGA (Tanaman Obat Keluarga). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) dan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut adalah terciptanya Taman TOGA di MAN 2 Langsa. Program Taman TOGA di MAN 2 Langsa akan terus dikembangkan meskipun telah selesai dilakukan kegiatan KKN-PPL Integratif.     Prevalensi anemia pada remaja di Indonesia mencapai 32%. Upaya penanganan dan pencegahan penyakit anemia salah satunya pemerintah mengeluarkan program tablet penambah darah yang dikonsumsi setiap seminggu sekali. Pengetahuan tentang anemia dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan konsumsi tablet penambah darah pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia dengan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet darah pada remaja putri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui metode total sampling. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MA AL Khoiriyah Kabupaten Malang yang berjumlah 73 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel pengetahuan tentang anemia adalah kuesioner, sedangkan untuk mengukur tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi tablet penambah darah menggunakan Morinsky Medication Adherence Scale 8 (MMAS-8). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Korelasi Rank Spearman. Tingkat pengetahuan tentang anemia pada remaja putri diperoleh sebesar 45,2% dengan kategori sedang dan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet penambah darah pada remaja putri sebesar 74% dengan kategori rendah. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang anemia dengan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet penambah darah dengan nilai p value 0,001 dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,387 dengan arah positif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan tentang anemia mempunyai hubungan dengan kepatuhan konsumsi tablet penambah darah pada remaja putri MA AL Khoiriyah Kabupaten Malang

    Human rights education spurs students to be able to develop strong self-tolerance attitudes, this is because students will realize that as human beings they are social beings besides individual beings so they are aware that besides them there are still others who need and need them in their daily lives - day. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between students' understanding of human rights and the attitude of tolerance of students in Class VIII Even Semester of State Middle School 4 Country 2016-2017. The researcher used data analysis methods with statistics. The statistical formula used is the tetrachoric relationship technique. To test the significance of the coefficient of the tetrachoric relationship (r t) it is tested with the Producer Moment (Ò²2). The results of his research are that there is a relationship between understanding of human rights and the attitude of tolerance in Class VIII students in the even semester of SMP Negeri 4 in Academic Year 2016-2017, because r = 0.601 is in the range of 0.600 - 0.800 included in the Relationship
