Контроллинг как концепция управления промышленными предприятиями

Controlling today is studied from the standpoint of management theory as a mechanism capable of responding to changes in time, both in the external and in the internal environment of the organization. Management decisions made by the management of the company often pose serious threats to the development of business in the long run. The main purpose of controlling is primarily the work on management errors, which is reduced to the recognition and evaluation of the rationality deficit, the search for opportunities to reduce or eliminate it. The proposals presented in the article to expand the use of controlling in enterprises can significantly expand the range of decisions and improve their efficiency, in practice, such measures will lead to increased competitiveness of the organization in the market under sanctions and market heterogeneity, as well as increase the competitiveness of products, which significantly affects the development of the economy.Контроллинг сегодня изучается с позиции теории управления как некий механизм, способный вовремя реагировать на происходящие изменения как во внешней, так и во внутренней среде организации. Управленческие решения, принимаемые руководством фирмы, зачастую несут серьезные угрозы развития бизнеса в долгосрочном периоде. Основное назначение контроллинга -это, в первую очередь, работа над ошибками менеджмента, которая сводится к распознаванию и оценке дефицита рациональности, поиска возможностей уменьшить или устранить его. Представленные в статье предложения по расширению применения контроллинга на предприятиях позволяют существенно расширить спектр принимаемых решений и повысить их эффективность, на практике подобные меры приведут к повышению конкурентоспособности организации на рынке в условиях санкций и неоднородности рынка, а также повысят конкурентоспособность продукции, что существенно влияет на развитие экономики страны

Цифровой подход к комплаенс в современном бизнесе: сущность, преимущества и риски

The article explores the digital approach to compliance in modern business: its essence, advantages and risks in developing countries are clarified. The main barrier hindering the development of business compliance in developing countries (based on the experience of the BRICS countries) in 2020 is identified. Framework recommendations are proposed and prospects for overcoming this barrier are outlined using the example of modern Russia.В статье исследован цифровой подход к комплаенс в современном бизнесе: уточнена его сущность, преимущества и риски в развивающихся странах. Выявлен основной барьер, препятствующий развитию бизнес-комплаенс в развивающихся странах (на базе опыта стран БРИКС) в 2020 г. Предложены рамочные рекомендации и обозначены перспективы преодоления этого барьера на примере современной России

Экономические риски наукоемкой промышленности: анализ и имитационное моделирование

The monograph highlights the main aspects of the theory and practice of risk management in knowledge-based industry. We suggest and mathematically justify economic and mathematical models of risk management in the activities of high-tech enterprises. The paper presents the results of the analysis of modern problems of economic risk assessment in Russia and abroad, highlights the issues of identification and risk assessment of innovative activities of high-tech enterprises, suggests and demonstrates methods for analyzing risks of loss of competitiveness of the organization. Based on the models considered, we propose approaches to simulation and construction of information systems for analysis and risk management. We address the monograph to middle and senior managers working in the real economy, graduate students and graduate students of in economic specialties of higher educational institutions.В монографии широко освещены основные аспекты теории и практики управления рисками в наукоемкой промышленности. Предложены и математически обоснованы экономико-математические модели управления рисками в деятель-ности наукоемких предприятий. В работе представлены результаты анализа современных проблем оценки экономических рисков в России и за рубежом, освещены вопросы идентификации и оценки рисков инновационной деятельности высокотехнологичных предприятий, предложены и продемонстрированы методы анализа рисков потери конкурентоспособности организации. На базе рассмотренных моделей предложены подходы к имитационному моделированию и построению информационных систем анализа и управления рисками. Предлагаемая монография адресована руководителям среднего и высшего звена, работающим в реальном секторе экономики, аспирантам и студентам последних курсов экономических специальностей высших учебных заведений
