Konsep Perancangan Kebun Binatang dengan Pendekatan Habitat di Bandung, Indonesia

Indonesia sebagai salah satu pusat keanekaragaman hayati dunia saat ini menghadapi tantangan untuk menjaga kelestarian keragaman hayatinya. Salah satu tantangan tersebut adalah ancaman kepunahan satwa disebabkan oleh hilangnya habitat. Kehilangan habitat dapat disebabkan oleh tiga aspek utama, yaitu pertama adalah kerusakan habitat akibat bencana alam, kedua adalah hilangnya habitat akibat alih guna lahan dan ketiga adalah pembunuhan fauna akibat perdagangan yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Untuk menjaga kelestarian satwa dapat dilakukan dengan dua metode, konservasi in situ (didalam habitat) dan konservasi ex situ (diluar habitat). Kebun binatang sebagai bagian dari konservasi ex situ diharapkan dapat menjadi miniatur habitat asli sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing  satwa. Akan tetapi, dapat kita lihat bahwa banyak kebun binatang di Indonesia yang belum menerapkan perannya sebagai miniatur habitat sehingga satwa tidak dapat berperilaku bebas sesuai kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa dan menentukan konsep rancangan dengan pendekatan habitat pada studi kasus kebun binatang Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan perencanaan dan perancangan arsitektur lanskap. Dimulai dari inventarisasi tapak, analisis hingga perumusan konsep. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan  dengan cara studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa konsep perancangan dan diharapkan dapat diterapkan oleh kebun binatang yang ada di Indonesia

PROFITABILITY, COLLATERAL VALUE, FINANCING APPLICATION VALUE, LEVERAGE, NET WORKING CAPITAL AND CHARACTER ON DETERMINING THE CUSTOMERS FOR FINANCING IN ISLAMIC BANKS CATEGORIZED BY ETHNIC CHINESE, INDIGENOUS PEOPLE, MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM

This study was involved by the NPF of islamic banks almost close to the threshold, 5%. One of aspects of the indication of increasing the NPF is the account officer of islamic banks innacuary to lending the financing to the customers that effected to bad credit. The aim of this study was to see the influence of profitability, collateral value, credit submission value, leverage, net working capital and character on determining the financing customers in islamic banks catogorized by ethnic chinese, indigenous people, muslim and non-muslim. The object of research used in this study is the account officer of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Financing Banks in the City of Semarang as many as 52 account officers divided into 10 banks. The analytical method used is conjoint analysis to determine the influence and value of interest preferences from each account of a Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Financing Banks officer in the City of Semarang. Based on the results of the study for conjoint analysis shows that the value of interest preferences according to the overall respondents, the characters are in the first place wit\h importance values of 36.877%, leverage is second at 14.813%, the value of collateral in the third place at 12.461%, net working capital in the fourth place at 12.443%, the value of credit submission was fifth at 12.337% and the last was profitability which amounted to 11.069%

Bicondylar Angle and its Relation with Length and Neck Length of Human Femur

Introduction: Femoral bicondylar angle has immense importance from anatomical and clinical (forensic and anthropometric) point of view and is the characteristic feature of bipedal gait in humans. It is the angle between axis of femoral shaft and a line perpendicular to its transcondylar axis. The study was carried out to assess bicondylar angle and its relationship with femur length and neck length. Methods: Bicondylar angle, length, and neck length of available dry human femurs of unknown sex and age were measured using osteometric board and vernier caliper. Bicondylar angle between two sides were compared. Similarly, relation between the angle and femoral length and length of femoral neck was studied. Result: Bicondylar angle on right side was 8.65° (SD = 2.03) and on left side was 9.35° (SD = 2.05) and the different was not statistically significant (p = 0.08). On both sides, no significant correlation was found between bicondylar angle with femoral length and length of femoral neck. Conclusion: Mean bicondylar angle of right femur was 8.65° and that of left was 9.35° and the difference was not statistically significant. There was no significant relation between the angle and other two parameters

MINIMAXX PLAYER LOAD AS AN INDEX OF THE CENTER OF MASS DISPLACEMENT? A VALIDATION STUDY

The purpose of this study was to assess the concurrent validity of the player load computed by the MinimaxX accelerometers by comparing it to the player load computed by a gold standard method based on in series force platforms.
