IRIS SEGMENTATION USING GA BASED CIRCULAR HOUGH TRANSFORM (GACHT

    Get PDF
Iris recognition system consists of a sequence of stages, each stage perform specific functions on the captured image of the human iris. The first stage is automatic segmentation of iris from the eye image. In this paper, new proposed algorithm designed and implemented using Genetic based Hough Transform algorithm (GACHT) to implement the first stage of iris recognition system with the developed Genetic Algorithm. GACHT was used to detect the Iris and Pupil segments which in turn is a outer and inner circles, the accuracy of any Iris recognition system should be depend on the right region of the Iris, which is done in this paper using and evolutionary algorithm called GACHT algorith

Developed Protocol for Key Exchange Based on Irreducible Polynomial

    Get PDF
The Aim of this paper is to design a protocol for key exchanging to work on the available computers for different data security application. This paper proposed idea to modify the Diffie-Hellman key exchange by using truncated polynomial instead of discrete logarithm problem to overcome the problem of large prime numbers and non-full coverage of the finite set. The proposed method depends on the arithmetic polynomials. The Irreducible truncated polynomial mathematics is highly efficient and compatible with personal computers

PCA and DWT with Resilient ANN based Organic Compounds Charts Recognition

A supervised learning depending on the resilient propagation neural network (RPROP) procedure has been used to solve the problem of FTIR charts recognition of the organic materials by training features extracted from two methods; principal component analysis (PCA) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT). During the testing process, it was found that; the best results are obtained from features that obtained from the principal component analysis, which in turn achieve a higher accuracy rate as well as the lowest false positive rate (where it gets accuracy rate about 97.22%, where the false positive rate about 2.7 %), where DWT get an accuracy rate about 91.6%, where the false positive rate about 8.3 %
