Modernization of transport in the global era world allows people to travel to different countries of different cultures and languages ​​. Cross-cultural and language going on there . The important thing is the role of foreign language in the world is determined by the role of tourism in the cross-cultural and language . Related to that, foreign languages ​​are taught in vocational high schools and tourism majors in college . Japanese is one of the foreign language that is taught to students and student tourism. This is certainly due to considerations of the number of tourists from Japan after the fifth most tourists from Australia , Singapore , Malaysia , and China . In Management Studies Program Resort & Leisure ( Prodi MRL ) , one of the courses of tourism under the auspices of the Faculty of Social Sciences Education , UPI , the Japanese language is taught as an optional course in the semester 2, 3 , and 4 as 2 credits per semester . With a total of 6 credits , the Japanese language learning requires clear targets and careful planning . Additionally multidisciplinary tourism and growing demand for student learning Japanese tourism is always up to date . In this case , Prodi MRL makes monitoring activity on the job training as a means of evaluating and updating targets and plan learning Japanese . The results of these evaluations bring new ideas to direct learning towards character education for students , prospective human Indonesian tourism

Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Tingkat Depresi Lansia di Kelurahan Maricaya Makassar

Usia lanjut merupakan keadaan saat tubuh mengalami banyak Perubahan. Perubahan-Perubahan yang terjadi pada lansia berdampak baik secara fisik maupun psikologis antaralain adanya perasaan sedih, cemas, muda tersinggung dan pemisimistik. Perasaan tersebut merupakan gangguan psikososial yang terjadi pada lansia dan kemungkinan dapat terjadinya depresi. Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya depresi pada lansia adalah kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat depresi pada lansia.Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain Cross Sectional Study dengan jumlah sampel 40  responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling dan analisa data menggunakan uji Fisher.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh responden yang memiliki dukungan keluarga kurang dengan tingkat depresi ringan (16.7%) dan dukungan keluarga yang baik dengan tingkat depresi ringan (100%). Sedangkan dukungan keluarga kurang dengan tingkat depresi sedang (83.3%) dan dukungan keluarga baik dengan tingkat depresi sedang (0%). Analisa data menunjukan  nilai p=0,000, yang berarti ada hubungan bermakna antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat depresi lansia. Saran kepada keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga lansia agar lebih mengenal, memahami karakteristik lansia dan memberikan dukungan, kasih sayang dan perhatian pada lansia, sehingga lansia merasa diperhatikan dan lebih sejahtera dihari tuanya

Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi Dosen Terhadap Preferensi Mahasiswa Pada Profesi Akuntan (Studi Kasus Pada PTS Di Surakarta)

This study aims to determine the effect of capabilities of lecturers (teachers) that can affect student preferences in the profession as an accountant. Benefits of the research was to determine the factors of capabilities that can make the students make the selection of the accounting profession. Factors capability in terms of the competence of lecturers (the questionnaire can be processed. Despite the geopolitical calculations associated with China’s Belt and Road Initiative, and how this will allow Beijing greater influence in transregional relations, the human security dimension goes to the heart of China’s wider regional strategy. The importance of development cannot be understated even as the “rise of China” attracts the headlines. How well Beijing can engage wider human security concerns will be crucial for the success of this megaproject. It is argued that the human security aspect of China’s Belt and Road Initiative requires a stronger ethical base—one which draws on China’s own Confucian heritage. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi adanya kenaikan dan penurunan penjualansetiap bulannya terhadap produk t-shirt Samesame Clothing. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai kualitas produk, harga dankeputusan pembelian produk Samesame Clothing serta untuk mengetahui besarpengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk SamesameClothing. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatifkausal. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukanpembelian di Samesame Clothing. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknikinsidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, metode analisis data yang digunakanadalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa tanggapan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk, harga dankeputusan pembelian produk Samesame Clothing secara keseluruhan berada dalamkategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan pengaruh total sebesar 0,1013 atau10,13% dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian denganpengaruh total sebesar 0,4865 atau 48,65%. Hasil penelitian pun menunjukkan secarasimultan kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusanpembelian produk Samesame Clothing sebesar 0,588 atau 58,8%, sedangkan sisanyasebesar 41,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model yang diteliti
