Development of an effective construction scheme and analysis of oscillations of the cotton fiber cleaner saw cylinder
A construction scheme and principle of operation of a fibrous material cleaner with saw cylinders on elastic bearing support are given in the article. The results of theoretical research of oscillations of the saw cylinder of the fiber cleaner are presented. The parameters of the system are substantiated based on the analysis of the law of oscillations of the cylinder and graphic dependencies
ENERGY RATIOS IN THE CONTACT INTERACTION OF SHOT WITH THE HARDENED SURFACE OF MACHINE PARTS
The article describes the features of the energy ratios during shot-impact hardening of machine parts. On the basis of schematization and analysis of the contact interaction of shot with the treated surface, dependences were obtained for calculating the velocity recovery factor upon impact, which is the main informative indicator for assessing the residual stress and thermo physical state of the surface layer of critical parts of machines and mechanisms
Elaboration of the serrate section of Đ° cotton-cleaning unit
The article presents a new design of the serrate section of a cotton-cleaning unit with transporting brush drums having different diameters and grate on elastic supports with a certain thickness; the design features of the working parts of the serrate section of the cotton-cleaning unit are considered in detail, as well as the principle of its’ operation.
