    Jagung (Zea mays) merupakan salah satu komoditas strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia karena merupakan bahan makanan penghasil karbohidrat kedua setelah padi. Program swasembada jagung yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah membutuhkan kerjasama yang baik dari petani maupun pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap jumlah produksi jagung, serta untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi dalam USAhatani jagung di Desa Bulupountu Jaya Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru. Metode penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara sampel acak. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Cobb-Douglas dan Analisis Efisiensi Harga.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel luas lahan (X1), bibit (X2), pupuk (X3) dan tenaga kerja (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi jagung.Nilai efisiensi harga masing-masing input produksi dan nilai t hit> 1, ini menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi yang maksimal belum tercapai, sehingga penggunaan faktor produksi perlu ditambahkan agar mencapai kondisi yang efisien

PT Nikkatsu Electric Work is one of the companies that require information technology governance. Information technology governance need to be evaluated to establish the condition of the company in terms of IT performance management to control the quality.One of the important things that can help to evaluate the underlying performance of information technology is a framework for information technology governance that provides the basis for development of information technology governance based on COBIT. Analysis and evaluation are conducted by the COBIT 4.1 framework on ME1 domain. It is monitoring and evaluating the performance of information technology. Method or tool used is AHP calculation.Results of the analysis is that the evaluation of the level of maturity and performance of IT are at level 2. While the level of expectations of the company are at level 4. Recommended strategy of 6 aspects of the attributes of maturity is required to achieve the expected level. With the System Information Schedule Injectable KB then expected BPM Delima Tampubolon can perform service activities program injectables better so that in the administration schedule of injectables, patient registration, examination of the patient, as well as report generation schedule injectables, become more leverage and guide other clinics

    Improving the Efficiency of a Nuclear Power Plant Using a Thermoelectric Cogeneration System

    The efficiencies of nuclear power plants are rather poor having the ratio %30 by using the conventional energy/exergy tools. According to that information, large amount of energy is wasted during condensation and thrown out to the environment. Thermoelectric generator (TEG) system has a potential to be used as a heat exchanging technology to produce power with a relatively low efficiency (about 5%) and it can transform the temperature difference into electricity and generate clean electrical energy. In the present study, we offer a novel system to recover the waste heat from a VVER-1000 nuclear power plant. The heat transfer of the TEG is analyzed numerically with respect to the various temperature ranges and constant mass flow rate of the exhaust steam entering the system. In the analyses, different hot temperature ranges (35ÂșC, 45ÂșC and 55ÂșC) and a constant cold temperature (i.e. 18ÂșC) are used for a HZ-20 thermoelectric module and it has been proven that the designed TEG can produce the maximum output power of 76,956 MW for a temperature difference ∆T=37 and the conversion efficiency of 3.854% sits. The TEG is designed for the condenser of a 1000 MW nuclear power plant.     Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan USAhatani Jagung Manis (Studi Kasus : di Desa Sidera Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan USAhatani jagung manis di Desa Sidera Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sidera Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi. Responden sebanyak 36 orang, yang dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan dan Analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang dianalisis meliputi luas lahan (LL), harga benih (HrgaBNH), harga pupuk (HrgPP), upah tenaga keja (UTK), harga output/Jagung (HrgJ) berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan USAhatani jagung manis dengan nilai signifikan < 0,01 pada taraf α 1% dan untuk variabel umur petani (UP) signifikan < 0,05 pada taraf α 5%, sedangkan untuk variabel harga pestisida (HrgPTS), pendidikan petani (PP) tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan USAhatani jagung manis. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata penerimaan setiap responden yaitu sebesar Rp 6.564.444/0,56 ha. Total biaya produksi diperoleh dari penjumlahan total biaya tetap sebesar Rp 590.689/0,56 ha dengan total biaya variabel sebesar Rp 2.559.500/0,56 ha, sehingga diperoleh total biaya produksi sebesar Rp 3.150.189/0,56 ha/MT. Pendapatan diperoleh dari rata-rata penerimaan dikurangi total biaya produksi, sehingga diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 3.414.255/0,56 ha/MT
