PENANGANAN DUGAAN PEMERASAN DALAM PENERAPAN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE DALAM PERATURAN POLISI NO.08 TAHUN 2021 BAGI PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DI PANTI REHABILITASI
Rehabilitation Center is a place. In this study, researchers used the normative juridical method, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. This method is carried out to know the handling of allegations of extortion in the application of restorative justice against drug abuse in rehabilitation centers and to find out the implementation of restorative justice in Perpol No. 8 of 2021 against drug abuse in rehabilitation centers. This study found that this restorative justice approach involves law enforcement officials, families, and communities, considering addicts and victims as individuals who need rehabilitation. Measures to prevent extortion in rehabilitation centers, respond to reports, investigate, enforce the law, and protect and support victims should be provided. Education and collaboration with relevant agencies are also important. Restorative justice can address drug abuse holistically, protect individual rights, and create a safe rehabilitation environment. Synergy from law enforcement officials, stakeholders, and the community is needed to tackle drug abuse, especially among children, adolescents, and the younger generation. Restorative justice approaches help victims recover, create a safer environment, and minimize community unrest. Its implementation needs to involve various parties to increase the effectiveness of drug case resolution and provide rehabilitation opportunities for drug users
The analysis of English curriculum for Dyslexic students at inclusive school: A case study of grade eight at SMP Mutiara Bunda
An education should be arrived to all people no matter what differences they have, including dyslexic student as a special need student, and inclusive education is one of the solutions. Inclusive Education is a kind of education with a motto “Education for All”. An Inclusive Education in form of Inclusive Schools are exist and built to make that motto come true in real life. One aspect that differs regular schools and inclusive school can be seen from the curriculum used. Since curriculum is an important aspect when it comes to education and schools, curriculum plays a big role in being a bridge for any problems in education to be solved. All planning of the lessons, the learning process until the learning evaluation are important aspects that gathered as the parts of curriculum that hopefully can help the dyslexic students to learn English well and fit with their potencial. It was found that the English curriculum for dyslexic students in SMP Mutiara Bunda Arcamanik has some differences with the regular curriculum.
The purposess of this research are to find out 1) How is the English curriculum for grade eight dyslexic students at SMP Mutiara Bunda 2) How is the implementation of English curriculum for grade eight dyslexic student at SMP Mutiara Bunda. The curriculum aspects to be researched are the purpose, the content and the process that are seen in form of English syllabus, English lesson plan, Individualized Education Program, worksheets and the English teaching learning process. The method used in this research is a case study qualitative method. The sample of dyslexic student is one student at one class, that is grade eight class Bright in academic year 2018/2019. The other participants are the inclusive coordinator and the teachers that consist of the English Teacher and the supporting teacher. The instruments used in this reseach were interviews, documents analysis and observations.
It confirms that the english curriculum for dyslexic students at inclusive school has some differences with the regular regular curriculum in general. The dyslexic student got a learning prrogram in form of individualized education program that had been modified for him. The aspects modified are the indicator, the materials, and the evaluation. While for the implementation of that english curriculum, a dyslexic student was also has a diffenrence in the teaching learning process since he was accompanied by a supporting teacher that could helped him in understanding the material, the supporting teacher was also the teacher that arranged the individualized education program including the materials and worksheets.
In conclusion, even if the regular students and the dylexic student are gathered in one place and learn in the same school, but there is a curriculum and plan that is arranged for the dyslexic student in a modification model in order to be a suitable education for him. The differences can be seen through the learning program and the teaching learning process
Pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank BUMN Periode 2014-2020
This study aims to study how non-performing loans (NPL) and operational costs affect the return on assets (ROA) of state-owned banks. Corporate banking from all companies was sampled from four state-owned institutions: Bank Mandiri Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, and Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data used to create this visualization is taken from the annual report submitted by the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Financial and Trade Regulatory Agency. The data in this study were analyzed using SPSS, which carried out various tests and statistical analysis, including descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and the t test. The results of this study show that non-performing loans (NPLs) have a negative impact on BUMN banking ROA with large margins from 2014 to 2020. This indicates that when non-performing loans (NPL) increase, the return on assets (ROA) decreases, and vice versa. The impact of state-owned banking operational costs on return on assets (ROA) between 2014 and 2020 is negative and substantial. Simply put, the higher the BOPO, the greater the ROA
Penerapan Trainer Interfacing Mikrokontroler dan Internet Of Things Berbasis Esp32 pada Mata Kuliah Interfacing
The absence of props remains a constraint on the learning process interfacing subjects where students have difficulty understanding the material obtained, besides because of the lack of microcontroller practice experience, students don't understand how to operate the microcontroller and also because of the lack of basic knowledge about the microcontroller. The design of the microcontroller interface trainer is intended as a teaching aid to help understand microcontroller interfacing using the UART, SPI, and I2C protocols and can be used as an Internet of Things teaching aid to help students practice monitoring and controlling input output on microcontrollers using smartphones over the internet. In designing this trainer, the author had made direct observations on learning activities in interfacing subjects and conducted questions and answers with several students. This trainer uses RFID, RTC and LCD modules as interfacing props that are connected to the ESP32 microcontroller, and there are components in the form of LEDs and potentiometers to practice the concept of the Internet of Things. The GPIO header pins and microcontroller interface pins expansion are also available on this trainer which can be connected with more modules and other components. Modules and components in the design of this trainer are connected with the ESP32 microcontroller in one integrated circuit board so as to provide practicality in its use

Karakterisasi Molekuler Nucleaopolyhedrovirus (Npv) Hyposidra Talaca Wlk. di Perkebunan Teh Gunung Mas Bogor
Characterize molecular the Nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPV) Hyposidra talaca Wlk. of tea plantation at Gunung Mas Bogor. Hyposidra talaca is one of the most important pest in tea plantation, and generally attacks of leaves and shoots. This pest cause yield loss up to 40-100%. NPV can be pathogenic to the pest of H. talaca and can be developed as an alternative measure to control H. talaca in tea plantations and based management appears to be more ecofriendly and effective. However, information regarding characterisation molecular of HytaNPV is limited. The study conducted to characterize molecular the NPV of H. talaca by restriction nucleotide and amino acid, by using gens lef-8. Molecular identification used Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) consisted of DNA extraction, DNA amplication, and DNA electrophoresis. DNA amplication using gen lef-8 showed positif result with approximately 770 bp. Gen lef-8 can identified HytaNPV. DNA sequance showed that isolate HytaNPV Bogor had high homology of pathogonic NPV of genus Helicoverpa from Brazil, Australia, Spanyol and Netherland with homology nucleotide and amino acid reached 98% and 100%. Based on philogeny tree of HytaNPV was one group with pathogenic NPV of genus Helicoverpa
Karakter Morfologi, Biologi, dan Molekuler Tiga Isolat Helicoverpa Armigera Nucleopolyhedrovirus (HearNPV) terhadap Penggerek Buah Kapas Helicoverpa Armigera Hubner (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)
Helicoverpa armigera Hubner (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) merupakan hama penting pada kapas. Kehilangan hasil akibat serangan hama ini dapat mencapai 70%. Pengendalian hama ini menggunakan nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPV) terbukti efektif di lapangan. Isolat NPV yang diperoleh dari spesies inang yang sama di lokasi geografis yang berbeda dapat menunjukkan variasi genetik dan perbedaan dalam biologinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan karakteristik morfologi, biologi, dan molekuler ketiga isolat HearNPV yang berasal dari perkebunan kapas di Sulawesi Selatan, Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Timur. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) digunakan untuk melihat karakter morfologi, sedangkan karakter biologi diamati dengan mencelupkan pipilan jagung muda pada tiap suspensi isolat dengan kerapatan 2,5 x 103, 2,5 x 104, 2,5 x 105, 2,5 x 106, dan 2,5 x 107 POBs/ml serta kontrol menggunakan akuabides kemudian diberikan pada larva H. armigera instar-1. Analisis probit dilakukan untuk menghitung nilai LC dan LT. Uji molekuler menggunakan polymerase chain reaction (PCR) dengan bantuan primer gen lef-8. Hasil menunjukkan ketiga isolat memiliki bentuk dan ukuran polihedra yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan rerata diameter 0,86 ÎĽm. Pada 7 HSI, isolat HearNPV dari Jawa Timur menunjukkan persentase mortalitas tertinggi dengan nilai LC50 terendah, yaitu 6,38 POBs/ml, sedangkan nilai LT50 pada kerapatan 2,5 x 107 POBs/ml terendah ditunjukkan oleh isolat Jawa Timur dan Sulawesi Selatan, yaitu 2,7 HSI. Sementara itu, hasil sekuensing DNA dari ketiga isolat tersebut menunjukkan kemiripan yang tinggi (homologi 100%)
Modelling and Designing The Model Predictive Control System of Turbine Angular Speed at Hydropowerplant UBP Saguling PT Indonesia Power
Saguling Generation Business Unit (GBU) is one of hydro powerplants under PT. Indonesia Power which has vital role to produce and distribute electricity in Indonesia. The demand for electricity in Indonesia, which is fluctuative, force the plant to operate in immediate and responsive pattern. Saguling need 2 minute to connect to the transmission system from its non operating state. Plant response is controlled by manipulating guide vane opening so the water entering the turbine chamber can be maintained. 5.6 % maximum overshoot still occurs in start up process due to manual mechanism. This paper provide a design of control system using Model Predictive Control (MPC) to optimize the plant performance which is indicated by faster response time and reduced overshoot. Neural Network with Back Propagation algorithm is used to model the turbine with guide vane opening as input variable and turbine angular speed as output variable. The model is then used in MPC algorithm to compute the optimum control signals.Keywords: Â Neural Network, Model Predictive Control, Guide Vane, Cost Function.
KONSELING INDIVIDUAL TEHADAP PEMILIHAN KARIER SISWA SMAN 1 BATUJAJAR
Career selection is very important for students so that they know where they will continue after graduating from school, therefore there is a need for individual counseling or counseling for the maturity of students' career choices. The technique used in this individual counseling is client cantered, which is to provide guidance so that students can solve the problems they face. Researchers used two students as subjects in implementing individual counseling services withtechniques client centered , because not a few students had problems in the form of difficulties in determining secondary schools. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation, response and constraints in the implementation of individual counseling usingtechniques client centered for students who have problems in determining careers. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that individual counseling usingtechniques client centered can help determine the secondary school according to their wishes, talents and interests. After attending individual counseling services, students often seek information and ask questions about secondary schools
