1,3-Dimethylcyanursäure Derivaten
We have successfully synthesized the first 1,3-dimethylcyanuric acid adduct (DMCH, 1,3-Dimetyl-2,4,6-trioxo-1,3,5-triazin) incorporated with metal complexes (Li(I), Ag(I), Zn(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II)). The crystal structures of these complexes have been determined by X-ray analyses. The cyanurate complexes exhibit both coordinated and uncoordinated DMC anions in a different structure types with an obtuse angle to the central metal atom. The organometallic chemistry involving this ligand (DMC) has been examined to form stable complexes with soft metal atoms in low oxidation states. IR and 13C NMR spectroscopy of these complexes reveal the DMC anion to have more electron-donor properties than other heterocyclic ligands.Über die Synthese und Struktur von 1,3-Dimethylcyanursäure (DMCH) wird berichtet.
In the title salt, C11H21N2
+·C6H5O3S−, which has two cation–anion pairs in the asymmetric unit, the two imidazolium cations are linked to two separate acceptor O atoms of one of the benzeneÂsulfonate anions through aromatic C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, while the second anion is unassociated
2-Bromo-1,3-diisopropyl-4,5-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-3-ium dicyanidoargentate
The title structure, (C11H20BrN2)[Ag(CN)2)], is built up from an approximately C
2v-symmetric imidazolium cation and a nearly linear dicyanidoargentate anion [N—Ag—N = 176.6 (9)° and Ag—C—N = 178.8 (9) and 177.2 (11)°]. These two constituents are linked by a remarkably short interÂaction between the Br atom of the imidazolium cation [C—Br = 1.85 (3) Å] and one N atom of the cyanidoargentate anion [Br⋯N = 2.96 (2) Å], which is much less than the sum of the van der Waals radii (3.40 Å). The crystal studied was twinned by merohedry
