    The purpose of this study was to describe the Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) regarding adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting of resident physicians training in De La Salle University Medical Center (DLSUMC), City of Dasmarinas, Cavite. In addition to this, the proportion of the resident physicians who are knowledgeable towards ADR by year level, the number of ADR they encountered, and the awareness of the important of ADR reporting were assessed. The questionnaire were administered to the resident physicians who have actual patient encounter in DLSUMC. The respondents have good knowledge regarding adverse drug reactions. However, the level of awareness regarding recently banned drugs unexpectedly decreased as the year level increases.
