    Students as the social status of someone who has received formal education at the tertiary level are agents of change whose presence in society is eagerly awaited and they are expected to contribute to the development of progress in a region or country in all aspects. However, unfortunately there are many students who do not realize their status as someone that is highly expected by the community so that they all seem to be alone in carrying out their studies and are less interested in completing their studies. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the literature share method. This data analysis is obtained from the analysis of books and journals and other articles. The results of this study indicate that equality in an educational perspective must include two aspects, namely religious and social normatives. In addition, the analogy of the concept of self-propagation, the first is magical awareness, the second is naive awareness and the third is critical awareness. Critical education will make students active subjects of learning. According to him, the concept of awareness needs to get appreciation, because recently education in Indonesia has begun to experience a crisis of awareness, both awareness of the nature of itself as a student, and of its responsibility towards society in general

    Bullying merupakan perilaku negatif yang mengakibatkan seseorang dalam keadaan tidak nyaman atau terluka dan biasanya terjadi secara berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa SMA “X” di Sleman. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kontrol diri, skala konformitas dan skala bullying. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 205 siswa di kumpulkan dengan tehnik cluster random sampling. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan korelasi spearman Rho. Berdasarkan uji asumsi normalitas hipotesis mayor dalam penelitian ini tidak bisa dianalisis secara bersama-sama karena tidak memenuhi syarat untuk melakukan analisis statistik parametrik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi spearman rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa SMA “X” di Sleman, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,325 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05); ada hubungan positif antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa SMA “X” di Sleman, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,382 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05).Kata kunci :  kontrol diri, konformitas, bullying pada siswa

    This study aims to describe the concept of Islamic education thought by Ibn Sina and Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah. The development of Islamic education thinking is important to improve and develop the quality of Islamic education in schools so that they can compete at the international level. The research method is descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is a library study. The results of this study illustrate that there are fundamental differences from the concept of Islamic education thought both initiated by Ibn Sina and Ibn Qayyim, Ibn Sina's own thoughts are more inclined to the application of knowledge that is adapted to the age level of the child, while Ibn Qayyim's thinking is more inclined to inculcating values ​​of faith and the use of reason to develop children's thinking horizons. However, the thoughts of the two Muslim figures can still be used as a relevant reference in developing Islamic education in Muslim countries around the world, one of which is in Indonesia

    Education is very important in influencing human development for the formation of aspects of their personality and life. Besides that, education has a dynamic influence in preparing human life in the future. Education in Indonesia, it is undeniable that education for children with special needs in Indonesia has so far not been given attention and has not been handled optimally. Children with special needs are different from other normal children in general, both physically, mentally, and thoughtfully. Inclusion school is a metamorphosis of human culture. That every human being is the same, has the same rights and the same opportunity to develop and get education for the continuation of a better life. Schools that provide inclusive education are schools that accommodate all students in the same class. This school provides a decent, quality education program tailored to the abilities and needs of each student as well as the assistance and support that teachers can provide. Children with special needs at certain times are given services in a special room, separated from normal students, and handled by special teachers or assistants with learning activities in difficult areas if they must be delivered together with normal students. This special activity is given to provide therapy according to the needs of children with special needs. The research method is qualitative with field studies using interview and observation techniques at SD Fastabiqul Khairat in Samarinda City. The results of research at SD fastabiqul Khairat there are still many obstacles in the application of learning for children with special needs and normal children, teacher difficulties in learning because there are some teachers who are not in accordance with their majors in dealing with children with special needs

    This study aims to determine the development of technology-based knowledge aspects and assessment instruments. When viewed from an educational perspective, technology-based assessment is a set of assessment processes carried out by teachers as educators using computers, LCDs, cellphones, and the like to optimize learning to make it more efficient and attractive. Therefore, the development of technological advances can be used to develop techniques and assessment of technology-based aspects of knowledge, this research uses. This study uses a type of library research (Liberary Research). The results in this study explained that in the assessment process there were two techniques that could be actualized, namely the test and non-test techniques, using multiple choice, oral, and assignment instruments. In addition, there are also applications that make it easier for teachers to use assessments, including exam view, study house question bank, e-portfolio, digital rubric, and alternative digital assessment

    ANALISIS RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU DI ZONA TIMUR KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis, luas dan sebaran dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di zona timur Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif. Dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data didapat melalui survei instansional, survei lapangan dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data dan dokumen-dokumen pendukung penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Kecamatan Sukabumi dengan luas wilayah seluas 2.816 Ha, maka 20% RTH publik dari luas wilayah Kecamatan Sukabumi adalah seluas 563 Ha. Namun luas Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) publik Kecamatan Sukabumi seluas 51,76 Ha atau 1,84%. Kecamatan Sukabumi masih harus menyediakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) publik seluas 511 Ha atau 18,15%. Kemudian di Kecamatan Kedamaian luas wilayah kecamatan tersebut ialah 780 Ha, maka 20% RTH publik wilayah tersebut seluas 156 Ha. Kemudian Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) publik yang tersedia di Kecamatan Kedamaian seluas 31,61 Ha atau 4,06%. Maka Kecamatan Kedamaian masih harus menyediakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) publik seluas 124 Ha atau 15,94%. Gabungan data dari dua Kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Sukabumi dan Kecamatan Kedamaian yang memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 3.596 Ha, maka kedua kecamatan di zona timur ini harus menyediakan RTH publik seluas 719 Ha atau 20% dari luas wilayah tersebut. Sedangkan di Kecamatan Sukabumi dan Kecamatan Kedamaian luas RTH publik kurang lebih sekitar 83,37 Ha atau hanya sekitar 2,32%. Maka dari itu sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 26 Tahun 2007 tentang Penataan Ruang Kota, penyediaan dan pemanfaatan RTH publik yang luas minimalnya sebesar20 % dari luas wilayah kota. Jadi Kecamatan Sukabumi dan Kecamatan Kedamaian masih harus menyediakan RTH publik seluas 635 Ha atau sekitar 17,68% pada zona timur Kota Bandar Lampung.     Al – Ijarah ialah sewa menyewa. Sewa menyewa yang dimaksud ialah suatu perjanjian dimana pihak yang satu mengikatkan diri untuk memberikan kepada pihak lainnya untuk menikmati manfaat dari suatu barang dalam jangka waktu tertentu dengan membayar sejumlah harga yang nominalnya sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Namun, pada kenyataanya Sewa Menyewa yang benar menurut Islam belum semua masyarakat melaksanakannya terutama pada warga Desa Jambearum, Patebon Kabupaten Kendal.Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah pertama, Bagaimana praktik sewa kios BUMDes dan sitem pembayaran sewa kios BUMDes. Kedua, Bagaimana analisis hukum Islam terhadap pelanggaran perjanjian akad ijarah pada pembayaran sewa kiosbumdes sistem tahunan di desa jambearum kecamatan patebon kabupaten kendal Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan atau field research. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif sosiologis, sumber data yang digunakan yaitu primer, sekunder dan sumber hukum. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian yang dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis pengumpulan data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktik sewa kios dan sistem pembayaran kios BUMDes terkait rukun dan syaratnya pun masih belum jelas terkait ketentuannya pun belum jelas dan pelanggaran perjanjian pada pembayaran sewa kios sistem tahunan terjadi penunggakan dan tidak ada kejelasan membayar maka dapat disebut wanprestasi sewa

    Covid-19 has many negative effects on education. The government took an emergency policy in the form of school from home. Because of this policy, online teaching and learning activities are carried out from home. However, the reality in the field, such as what happened in SDN 2 Bantarwuni, there are several obstacles such as what happened in the psychomotor domain assessment process in reading surah al-Maidah verses 2-3. This study aims to: (1) Understand how the psychomotor domain assessment process in reading al-Maidah verse 2-3 at SDN 2 Bantarwuni; (2) Understand the conditions and constraints faced in the assessment of the psychomotor domain in reading al-Maidah verses 2-3 at SDN 2 Bantarwuni. This research is a qualitative field research. The method of data collection was done by observation at SDN 2 Bantarwuni and documentation. The results of this study: (1) The assessment process was carried out according to the procedure, except that there were some students who did not submit the assessment assignment; (2) The obstacles faced are the lack of effort from students and parents to collect assignments via the WhatsApp application or directly carry out face-to-face assessments at school
