Text Generation Based on Generative Adversarial Nets with Latent Variable
In this paper, we propose a model using generative adversarial net (GAN) to
generate realistic text. Instead of using standard GAN, we combine variational
autoencoder (VAE) with generative adversarial net. The use of high-level latent
random variables is helpful to learn the data distribution and solve the
problem that generative adversarial net always emits the similar data. We
propose the VGAN model where the generative model is composed of recurrent
neural network and VAE. The discriminative model is a convolutional neural
network. We train the model via policy gradient. We apply the proposed model to
the task of text generation and compare it to other recent neural network based
models, such as recurrent neural network language model and SeqGAN. We evaluate
the performance of the model by calculating negative log-likelihood and the
BLEU score. We conduct experiments on three benchmark datasets, and results
show that our model outperforms other previous models
Generative Cooperative Net for Image Generation and Data Augmentation
How to build a good model for image generation given an abstract concept is a
fundamental problem in computer vision. In this paper, we explore a generative
model for the task of generating unseen images with desired features. We
propose the Generative Cooperative Net (GCN) for image generation. The idea is
similar to generative adversarial networks except that the generators and
discriminators are trained to work accordingly. Our experiments on hand-written
digit generation and facial expression generation show that GCN's two
cooperative counterparts (the generator and the classifier) can work together
nicely and achieve promising results. We also discovered a usage of such
generative model as an data-augmentation tool. Our experiment of applying this
method on a recognition task shows that it is very effective comparing to other
existing methods. It is easy to set up and could help generate a very large
synthesized dataset.Comment: 12 pages, 8 figure
人工耳蜗植入术围手术期护理进展
Cochlear implantation is the only way to make the severe or total deafness patients restore auditory function currently; Comprehensive perioperative nursing plays an important role in the patient's recovery and smooth operation.人工耳蜗植入术是目前唯一能使极重度耳聋及全聋患者恢复听觉功能的方法,良好的围手术期护理,对手术的顺利进行及患者的康复起着重要的作用
An experimental study on the springback in bending of w-shaped micro sheet-metal parts
In sheet-metal bending, defects relating to the component-forms such as springback are common. This is due to the elastic deflection that occurs in the material after the bending process takes place. The objective of the research is to study on the springback behaviour in micro sheet-metal parts. This paper reports an investigation concerning the influence of the material rolling direction on springback in the case of w-shaped bending parts. Micro bending parts using 316 L annealed stainless steel strips having thickness of 50 μm, 75 μm and 100 μm respectively were formed. The tensile and bending behaviours of the parts were observed through the experiment by considering the effect of rolling direction and size-effect related errors. The results revealed that various parameters influence the springback, such as thickness of the sheet, force applied, material rolling-direction and holding time during the sheet-deformation. The scale of the springback was also observed to be random among the parts made with a same sheet material
Influence of size effects on material properties and springback behavior of metal foils in micro bending : a review
With product miniaturization, the requirement on good forming quality and high dimensional accuracy of micro parts is increasing dramatically. In micro bending process, the springback, a critical factor for the accuracy of micro-bent parts, is significantly affected by size effects. In view of the strong influence of material properties on springback behavior, this paper first reviews the influences of three size-dependent factors on material properties, including foil thickness, grain size and thickness to grain size ratio. Afterwards, the review on the influences of these factors on springback behavior are presented, aiming at enhancing the understanding of relevant size effects and proposing a quantitative analysis approach to evaluate the dimensional accuracy of micro-bent parts
In Vivo
The leaf of Elaeagnus lanceolata and Elaeagnus henryi as well as Elaeagnus pungens has been documented as an effective herb for the treatment of asthma and chronic bronchitis in traditional clinical medicine. This study was aimed at evaluating the antiasthmatic, antitussive, and expectorant activities of the water extracts from the three plants in vivo and analyzing their chemical components by HPLC-DAD. At the medium and high doses, the water extracts of three Elaeagnus leaves significantly prolonged the preconvulsive time (P < 0.01) in guinea pigs, lengthened the latent period of cough (P < 0.01) and decreased the cough frequency caused by aqueous ammonia in mice (P < 0.01), and enhanced tracheal phenol red output in mice (P < 0.01). There were no significant differences in the pharmacological actions between the three Elaeagnus leaves. Moreover, there was more similarity on overlap peaks in the range of retention time from 10 to 40 min by HPLC and many peaks that belonged to flavonoids compounds. It suggested that the main constituents of the three Elaeagnus leaves were flavonoid for the pharmacological activities. These effects were the important evidence for the traditional use of E. henryi leaf and E. lanceolata leaf as well as E. pungens to treat asthma and chronic bronchitis
