The Impact Of Personalized Nursing Care On Anxiety, Depression, Angina Related Life Quality, And Physiological Conditions In Older Adults With Coronary Heart Disease
AbstractObjective: To study the impact of medical-personalized nursing care on anxiety, depression, BMI, blood pressure, blood lipid and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: In this study, 160 older adults with coronary heart disease had been enrolled and randomized using the random range method. The control group included 80 older adults who received a conventional nursing intervention, and the experiment group included 80 older adults who were treated with a focused and personalized nursing intervention. The two groups of older adults had been compared and evaluated for Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) mark, the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) mark, Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) score, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, and blood lipids levels. Results: After the intervention, the extents of anxiety (as indicated by SAS mark) and depression (as indicated by SDS mark) of the experiment group were statistically less than those of the control group (SAS: Effect Size: 0.557, P\u3c0.05; SDS: Effect Size: 0.800, P\u3c0.05). Compared to the control group, reduced level of angina and increased angina-related life quality (as reflected by SAQ score) were observed in the experiment group after intervention (Effect Size: -0.203, P\u3c0.05). The levels of BMI, blood pressure, and blood lipids in the experimental group after the intervention were lower than those in the control group (Effect Size: 0.231, P\u3c0.05), indicating that patients in the personalized nursing group have better related physiological outcomes. Conclusion: Older adults with coronary heart disease receiving a targeted nursing intervention have benefits in these aspects: reduced anxiety and depression, increased angina-related life quality, and improved physiological outcomes. The algebro-geometric solutions for Degasperis-Procesi hierarchy
Though completely integrable Camassa-Holm (CH) equation and
Degasperis-Procesi (DP) equation are cast in the same peakon family, they
possess the second- and third-order Lax operators, respectively. From the
viewpoint of algebro-geometrical study, this difference lies in hyper-elliptic
and non-hyper-elliptic curves. The non-hyper-elliptic curves lead to great
difficulty in the construction of algebro-geometric solutions of the DP
equation. In this paper, we derive the DP hierarchy with the help of Lenard
recursion operators. Based on the characteristic polynomial of a Lax matrix for
the DP hierarchy, we introduce a third order algebraic curve
with genus , from which the associated Baker-Akhiezer
functions, meromorphic function and Dubrovin-type equations are established.
Furthermore, the theory of algebraic curve is applied to derive explicit
representations of the theta function for the Baker-Akhiezer functions and the
meromorphic function. In particular, the algebro-geometric solutions are

Negative-order Korteweg–de Vries equations
In this paper, based on the regular Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) system, we study negative-order KdV (NKdV) equations, particularly their Hamiltonian structures, Lax pairs, conservation laws, and explicit multisoliton and multikink wave solutions thorough bilinear B¨acklund transformations. The NKdV equations studied in our paper are differential and actually derived from the first member in the negative-order KdV hierarchy. The NKdV equations are not only gauge equivalent to the Camassa-Holm equation through reciprocal transformations but also closely related to the Ermakov-Pinney systems and the Kupershmidt deformation. The bi-Hamiltonian structures and a Darboux transformation of the NKdV equations are constructed with the aid of trace identity and their Lax pairs, respectively. The single and double kink wave and bell soliton solutions are given in an explicit formula through the Darboux transformation. The one-kink wave solution is expressed in the form of tanh while the one-bell soliton is in the form of sech, and both forms are very standard. The collisions of two-kink wave and two-bell soliton solutions are analyzed in detail, and this singular interaction differs from the regular KdV equation. Multidimensional binary Bell polynomials are employed to find bilinear formulation and B¨acklund transformations, which produce N-soliton solutions. A direct and unifying scheme is proposed for explicitly building up quasiperiodic wave solutions of the NKdV equations. Furthermore, the relations between quasiperiodic wave solutions and soliton solutions are clearly described. Finally, we show the quasiperiodic wave solution convergent to the soliton solution under some limit conditions
Dynamical evolutin of quintessence dark energy in collapsing dark matter halos
In this paper, we analyze the dynamical evolution of quintessence dark energy
induced by the collapse of dark matter halos. Different from other previous
studies, we develop a numerical strategy which allows us to calculate the dark
energy evolution for the entire history of the spherical collapse of dark
matter halos, without the need of separate treatments for linear, quasi-linear
and nonlinear stages of the halo formation. It is found that the dark energy
perturbations evolve with redshifts, and their specific behaviors depend on the
quintessence potential as well as the collapsing process. The overall energy
density perturbation is at the level of for cluster-sized halos. The
perturbation amplitude decreases with the decrease of the halo mass. At a given
redshift, the dark energy perturbation changes with the radius to the halo
center, and can be either positive or negative depending on the contrast of
