Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Pengguna pada Prototype Aplikasi ITTS-Mart dengan Menggunakan Model E-Servqual
ITTS Mart is an e-commerce application developed by the Telkom Surabaya Institute of Technology (ITTS) as a platform that makes it easier for users to carry out buying and selling transactions for vegetables and fruit. This research examines the level of customer satisfaction with application use and the extent of customer loyalty so that customers can make repeat purchases continuously. The model used in this research is the E-Servqual model with three data processing, namely GAP Test, Customer Satifaction Index (CSI), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), because these three data processing can be used to test the relationship between variables which can provide a deeper understanding. in-depth understanding of customer perceptions and expectations regarding ITTS Mart, as well as providing valuable recommendations to increase overall user satisfaction and loyalty. The research results showed that the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) test value on the ITTS-Mart application was 80.6%, meaning that application users were satisfied with the application service, the GAP test result was 1.13, which can be said to be good application quality, then the factors What influences the loyalty of ITTS-Mart application users is the Satisfaction variable with a P-Value of 0.000. So there still needs to be special attention in making improvements and evaluations related to the ITTS-Mart application so that it meets customer desires and needs.ITTS Mart merupakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce yang dikembangkan oleh Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya (ITTS) sebagai sebuah wadah yang memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli sayur dan buah-buahan. Penelitian ini menguji tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada penggunaan aplikasi dan sejauh mana tingkat loyalitas pelanggan agar pelanggan dapat melakukan pembelian ulang terus menerus. Model yang dipakai pada penelitian ini merupakan model E-Servqual dengan tiga pengolahan data yaitu Uji GAP, Customer Satifaction Index (CSI), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), karena ketiga pengolahan data tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel yang dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang persepsi dan harapan pelanggan terkait ITTS Mart, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang berharga untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai Uji Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) pada aplikasi ITTS-Mart didapatkan hasil senilai 80,6% bahwa pengguna aplikasi sudah puas terhadap layanan aplikasi, hasil uji GAP senilai 1,13 yang dapat dikatakan kualitas aplikasi sudah baik, kemudian faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pengguna aplikasi ITTS-Mart ada pada variabel Kepuasan (Satisfaction) dengan nilai P-Value sebesar 0,000. Sehingga masih perlu adanya perhatian khusus dalam melakukan perbaikan serta evaluasi terkait aplikasi ITTS-Mart agar memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan
Innovative Design of Ecommerce Mobile Application Using Kansei Engineering and System Usability Scale
Information technology is currently growing at a rapid speed in order to provide users with convenience, one of which is the ease of accessing the internet via mobile phones. The emergence of social media programs such as virtual buddy applications has contributed to the rapid increase in internet users, particularly via mobile phones. Social media, in addition to being a virtual friendship application, also functions as a promotional medium, one of which is the promotion of online shopping applications, hence boosting the number of online purchasing transactions in Indonesia. An online shopping platform was chosen to market university’s products, allowing customers to shop easier and may increase the growth rapidly. As a result, Kansei Engineering is used in this study to develop applications that tap into users’ emotional demands. In addition, to establish the optimum design for the user, the prototype was tested for performance and usability using a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. According to the study’s findings, the application will be created with the following feelings in mind: appealing, attractive, organised, practical, innovative, quick, effective, accessible, interactive, and unique. According to usability studies, the “friendly concept” application generated better levels of satisfaction than the other design concepts
A Comparative Analysis of Mental Workload between Train and Bus Drivers
Human error is one of the crucial problems in land transport, sea transport, and air transport that inflicting some undesirable occurrence such as delay, cancellation, or accident. This incident causes inconvenience and apprehension for passengers. Hence, drivers should avoid some errors in driving by improving alertness and reducing the excessive workload. This study presents a comparative study about mental workload between train and bus drivers based on subjective and objective criteria. NASA-TLX method is used to measure subjective variables by distributing questionnaires. While the content of a drivers’ Salivary α-amylase (SAA) is measured as an objective parameter before and after driving. 30 drivers are participated in this study who have experience for more than 3 years. Statistical analysis is conducted to test the hypothesis for a difference. The result of this study shows that bus drivers’ SAA level is significantly higher (Asymp. Sig. 0.49) than train drivers for both before (91.99 kU/l) and after (83.19 kU/l) driving activity. Similarly, weighted workload subjectively of bus drivers’ mental workload (1051) is higher than train drivers (1031) insignificantly (Asymp. Sig. 0.561)
Job safety and awareness analysis of safety implementation among electrical workers in airport service company
Electrical is a fundamental process in the company that has high risk and responsibility especially in public service company such as an airport. Hence, the company that operates activities in the airport has to identify and control the safety activities of workers. On the safety implementation, the lack of workers’ awareness is fundamental aspects to the safety failure. Therefore, this study aimed to analyse the safety awareness and identify risk in the electrical workplace. Safety awareness questionnaires are distributed to ten workers in order to analyse their awareness. Job safety analysis method used to identify the risk in the electrical workplace. The preliminary study stated that workers were not aware of personal protective equipment usage so that the awareness and behavioural need to be analysed. The result is the hazard was found such as electrical shock and noise for various intensity in the workplace. While electrical workers were aware of safety implementation but less of safety behaviour. Furthermore, the recommendation can be implemented are the implementation of behaviour-based safety (BBS), 5S implementation and accident report list

Laundry business is popular service business in Indonesia that mostly involve muscle activity for lifting and ironing activity. It causes the worker get muscular fatigue and injury especially for ironing activity that is included in the static and monotonous activity. moreover, existed ironing board design in the market is not easy to be adjusted to standing or sitting position of workers. Hence, this paper aimed to design the innovative and adjustable ironing board to minimize the musculoskeletal complaint. The preliminary study is conducted by NBM questionnaires found that fatigue experienced mostly in the back, right upper arm, and calves. The product designed by Kansei engineering to satisfy consumer's feeling and assessed by USE questionnaire to fulfil consumer's usability. Orthogonal array and conjoint analysis were conducted to incorporate all attribute potentials in developing a new single concept design. Statistical analysis was also done to test the hypothesis. 80 respondents have participated in this study. The result of this study is an innovative design of ironing board which is valid to meet consumers' needs such as comfort, secure, attractive, sturdy, durable and multifunction and practical at 5% of the significant level

The effect of Quran murottal’s audio on short term memory
In all activities, people need memory as information storage. A good memory will make it easier for people to remember so they can do their job well. One of the things that affect memory is the sound of music. Music is commonly used as a stress treatment or as one of the stimuli of human brain memory. Not only classical music can be one of the stimuli of brain memory, but listening to the Quran can also be one of the brain memory stimulants. Several studies have proven that by listening to the Qur'an, the ability of the brain can be increased significantly. In this study used the variables pre and posted Qur'an listening to 50 respondents. Respondents consisted of 26 men and 24 women aged 19-22 years old. All respondents will get two treatments. The first treatment is without listening to murottal and the second treatment is done after listening to the Quran. All respondents will do memory test using the program running memory in software design tools. The results showed that the average ability of short-term memory without listening to murottal 11.8 and the average ability of short-term memory by listening to murottal is 12.62. Based on these results it is known that by listening to the Quran provides a significant increase in the ability of the brain
