    Diberlakukannya kuliah online pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 secara otomatis meningkatkan intensitas penggunaan perangkat gadget, baik itu ponsel, laptop, komputer, TV dan sejenisnya. Salah satu yang sering terjadi akibat penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan yaitu Computer vision syndrome (CVS) merupakan salah satu masalah pada mata yang menyebabkan gangguan mata yang serius.. Rancangan penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah quasi eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group sample terhadap 74 mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Intervensi Trik 20-20-20 terhadap Penurunan Gejala Computer Vision Syndrome. Pada Computer Vision Syndrome variabel gejala okular setelah mendapatkan Intervensi Trik 20-20-20 terdapat 65 orang responden yang mengalami penurunan gejala okular , tidak ada responden yang mengalami kenaikan gejala okular, 5 orang responden tidak mengalami perubahan gejala okular. Pada Computer Vision Syndrome variabel gejala visual setelah mendapatkan Intervensi Trik 20-20-20 terdapat 18 orang responden yang mengalami penurunan gejala visual, tidak ada responden yang mengalami kenaikan gejala visual, 56 orang mahasiswa yang menjadi responden tidak mengalami perubahan gejala visual. Pada Computer Vision Syndrome variabel gejala Muskuloskeletal setelah mendapatkan Intervensi Trik 20-20-20 terdapat 65 orang responden yang mengalami penurunan gejala Muskuloskeletal, 1 orang responden yang mengalami kenaikan gejala Muskuloskeletal, 8 orang mahasiswa yang menjadi responden tidak mengalami perubahan gejala Muskuloskeletal. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan nilai sig. 0,00 0,05 pada semua variabel sehingga dapat diasumsikan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian Intervensi Trik 20-20-20 terhadap Computer Vision Syndrome pada variabel gejala okular, gejala visual dan gejala Muskuloskeleta

    Nowadays, health problems are not only in the form of infectious diseases but also non-communicable diseases that arise from unhealthy lifestyles and poor environmental conditions. Health problems in the form of communicable and non-communicable diseases originate from the lack of implementation of preventive and promotive measures. Health problems that become a problem are acute respiratory infections and hypertension. Increasing health problems such as acute respiratory infections and hypertension can be prevented by increasing promotive and preventive efforts for the community. Preventive measures are carried out by avoiding risk factors for disease. The purpose of this service is to improve primary health services in the community of Dusun V Banjaran, Kecamatan Biru-Biru in order to achieve an optimal quality of life. This service was carried out for 211 families and 20 elderly people in Dusun V Banjaran, Blue-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. Community service activities are directed at overcoming the problem of lack of clean and healthy living habits (PHBS) which results in acute respiratory infections and hypertension. The implementation of activities consists of assessment and health education, medical examinations, gymnastics and progressive muscle relaxation exercises for hypertensive elderly. The impact of this community service activity is awareness of health problems by residents so that residents have the awareness to overcome problems by empowering themselves through available resources such as health knowledge and skills and utilizing existing health facilities

    Loyality of employees at a firm commitment shown by the employees within the company, organizational commitment can be formed due to several factors, namerly of from yourself and the organization the research aims to owing loyality employees at RSU Sembiring Deli Tua. This study used a sample of the entire population of the amount taken as many 95 people as respondents. Research aim to to know Factor - factor influencing Loyalitas Nurse at RSU Sembiring Delitua. Type research of survey have the character of observasional with device of Cross Sectional. Technique intake of sampel with Simple sampling random. This research is executed by month of februari up to May . Population is entire/all nurse which have been lifted to become jobholder that is amounting to 125 people, amounting to 95 People. Research result show there is influence among Salary, Ladder Career, Facility and Medium and also Environmental Environment to nurse loyalitas that is pursuant to Factor Salary ( value p = 0,044), Career ladder factor ( value p = 0,022), Facility factor and Medium ( value p = 0,069), and environmental factor ( value p = 0,061). Data obtained by using kuesioner, analysed with test of Chi Square at examination = 0,05. Research result conclude that which was factor having an effect on to loyalitas in RSU Senbiring Deli Tua that is Factor Employ and leader career. Is expected to researcher here in after to be toimprove the quality of service especially for human resource to through training related to his him. Is suggested to management of RSU Sembiring Deli Tua to strive the make up of officer management quality
