The actions of secret informants in the case of Lt Col Tadeusz Zielinski

W niniejszym artykule poruszono problem wykorzystania agentury celnej wobec jednego z oskarżonych w śledztwie przeciw Komendzie Głównej Narodowego Zjednoczenia Wojskowego – ppłk. Tadeusza Zielińskiego. Omówiono role agentów umieszczanych w celach w trakcie śledztwa i ich znaczenie dla prowadzonego postępowania w ramach komunistycznego aparatu represji. Przeprowadzono analizę donosów dwóch agentów i wskazano, co było głównym przedmiotem zainteresowania inwigilujących oraz jak te informacje wykorzystano przy formułowaniu zarzutów wobec oskarżonego. The actions of secret informants in the case of Lt Col Tadeusz Zielinski This article addresses the issue of using the secret informants against one ofthe accused in the process against the Headquarters of the National Military Union (NZW) – Lt Col Tadeusz Zielinski. Discussed within is the role of the agents placedin the prison cells during the investigation and their importance in the proceedings as a part of the communist repression apparatus. An analysis of the denunciationsof two agents was carried out, and it showed what the invigilators considered as the main subject of interest, and how the invigilators used the provided information toformulate the allegations against the accused
