Implementing Efficient Search Results and Navigation in website J.Prasanth kumar
Designing structured website and organizing search results in website is Challenging task. For this we propose mathematical programming model to improve user navigation as well as novel search interface that enables the user to navigate large number of query results by organizing them using the concept hierarchy. The results are organized into a navigation tree. At each node expansion step we implement classification algorithms [TF-IDF, SVM] for efficient classification of nodes and an advanced k-means algorithm for assigning priorities to the web site navigation links based on the efficient content retrieved. It reveals only a small subset of the concept nodes finally the expected user navigation cost is minimized
Genetic diversity and population structure of sweet orange (Citrus aurantium) germplasm revealed by SSR and InDel markers
An experiment was conducted during 2019–21 at ICAR-Central Citrus Research Institute, Nagpur, Maharashtra, in which two molecular markers, SSR and InDels were used to understand the genetic diversity and population structure of 72 sweet orange [Citrus aurantium (L.)] genotypes. The studied genotypes showed a genetic variability with an average genetic polymorphism of 68.89 and 56.52% with InDels and SSR, respectively. Allele numbers ranged from 1–2 with 1.86 and 1.25 average numbers of alleles per marker for InDel and SSR, respectively. Two dendrograms were constructed independently based on the InDels and SSR markers. In both cases, they formed 3 major clusters showing various degrees of variations concerning members of the clusters. Based on k-means clustering, the studied genotypes were divided into 2 distinct sub-populations. Soh Khylla, Soh Niairang, and Tasi, the genoptypes from north-eastern region exhibited informative and distinctive patterns in both the marker types

Evidence for Isospin Violation and Measurement of Asymmetries in
We report the first evidence for isospin violation in and
the first measurement of difference of asymmetries between and . This analysis is based on the data sample
containing pairs that was collected with the Belle
detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric collider. We find evidence for
the isospin violation with a significance of 3.1, \%, where
the third uncertainty is due to the uncertainty on the fraction of to
production in decays. The measured value is
consistent with predictions of the SM. The result for the difference of
asymmetries is \%, consistent with zero. The measured branching fractions and
asymmetries for charged and neutral meson decays are the most precise to
