PEMBATALAN PUTUSAN ARBITRASE OLEH MAHKAMAH AGUNG (Analisis Putusan No. 327 B/Pdt.Sus-Arbt/2021)

This study examines the case of the cancellation of the Arbitration Award at the Supreme Court level (Analysis of Decision No. 327 B/Pdt.Sus-Arbt/2021). The purpose of this study is to find out how the judge's considerations in deciding the cancellation of the Arbitration Award. The research method used in this study is the normative juridical method or the doctrinal (dogmatic) legal research method. so that in addition to using the normative juridical research method, it also uses a historical research approach, added with a law approach and a conceptual approach as a research method. The result of this research is that the judge is of the opinion that the annulment of the arbitral award has been appropriate and correct. In accordance with what is stipulated in article 70 of Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution which regulates the cancellation of arbitral awards.Keywords: Arbitration, Cancellation, Judgment, Supreme Cour
