Gesti贸n administrativa y satisfacci贸n de egresados de la promoci贸n 2016 de la Facultad de Tecnolog铆a
The objective of this article was to establish the incidence of Administrative Management in the satisfaction of graduates of the 2016 promotion of the Faculty of Technology. With a quantitative approach, it was supported by the descriptive method, applied type and correlational design. The population consisted of 159 graduates from 14 study programs of the Faculty, distributed in five professional schools. To calculate the sample size, the formula for a finite population was used, since it is the total number of known observation units. The result obtained shows that 55.9% consider that there is regular administrative management and 44.1% adequate. 64.7% consider a regular performance of the administrative staff and 35.3% adequate. 82.4% consider regular administrative time management and 17.6% adequate. 61.8% consider regular satisfaction, 32.4% high and 5.9% low. 50% of the graduates consider a regular university service, 41.2% adequate and 8.8% inadequate. 52.9% consider a regular administrative service, 38.2% adequate and 8.8% inadequate. It is concluded that the administrative management, performance of the managerial staff, performance of the administrative staff and time management do not significantly affect the satisfaction of the graduates of the 2016 promotion of the Faculty of Technology.El presente art铆culo tuvo por objetivo establecer la incidencia de la Gesti贸n Administrativa en la satisfacci贸n de egresados de la promoci贸n 2016 de la Facultad de Tecnolog铆a. Con enfoque cuantitativo, se apoy贸 del m茅todo descriptivo, de tipo aplicada y dise帽o correlacional. La poblaci贸n estuvo conformada por 159 egresados de 14 programas de estudios de la Facultad, distribuidas en cinco escuelas profesionales. Para calcular el tama帽o muestral se utiliz贸 la f贸rmula para una poblaci贸n finita por ser el total de unidades de observaci贸n conocida. El resultado obtenido demuestra que un 55,9% considera que existe una regular gesti贸n administrativa y el 44,1% adecuada. El 64,7% considera un regular desempe帽o del personal administrativo y el 35,3% adecuado. El 82,4% considera una regular gesti贸n del tiempo administrativo y el 17,6% adecuada. El 61,8% considera una regular satisfacci贸n, el 32,4% alta y el 5,9% baja. El 50% de los egresados considera un regular servicio universitario, el 41,2% adecuado y el 8,8% inadecuado. El 52,9% considera un regular servicio administrativo, el 38,2% adecuado y el 8,8% inadecuado. Se concluye que la gesti贸n administrativa, desempe帽o del personal directivo, desempe帽o del personal administrativo y la gesti贸n del tiempo no incide de manera significativa en la satisfacci贸n de los egresados de la promoci贸n 2016 de la facultad de Tecnolog铆a
