THE CHROMATOGRAPHIC METHODS OF THE EXPRESS-ANALYSIS. APPLICATION OF THE FERMENTATION SOLUTIONS OF THE STRAINS-PRODUCERS OF THE LOW-MOLECULAR BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN ANALYSIS

The developed approach, basing on the complex use of the gas chromatography and high-effective liquid chromatography, allows to develop the analytic express-methods, differing in simplicity, reliability and high accuracy. For solving the set problem, first, the hydrophylic gasochromatographic sorbents, containing the crystallohydrate of the kalium fluoride have been offered and studied. The transform-phase chromatography of the amino acid copper complexes has been used for the express-analysis of amino acids. First, the mechanism of keeping of such complexes has been studied. For the first time, for the express-analysis of the charged sorbates, the ion-competitive variant of the transfor-phase chromatography has been offered. The developed methods are widely used in creation of the new biotechnological processes for receiving the amino acids, nucleosides, vitamins.
