The study results of life meaning, career orientations and emotional burnout syndrome among representatives of socionomic (helping) professions have been described. The purpose of the work was to identify the characteristics of emotional burnout, career and life meaning orientations of the personality and their relationships. To achieve the goal of the study, V. V. Boyko’s “Method for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout”, D. A. Leontiev’s test of “Life Sense Orientations” (LSO), and E. Shein’s “Career Anchors test” have been used. It has been established, that the “Resistance” phase is in the formation stage, the “Stress” and “Depletion” phases were not formed. The leading career orientation of specialists is “professional competence”. As a result of the study, the interrelation of indicators of emotional burnout, career and life meaning orientations, has been identified. High scores on the scales of the LSO: “goals in life”, “life process”, “locus of control – life”, “locus of control – I” have been found. It has been established that career-oriented industrial professionals are more susceptible to emotional burnout. The article is a contribution to the study of various aspects of helping a person experiencing emotional burnout syndrome

The study of particularities of regional cross-country images of confession and intercultural communication as well as the semantic image surrounding these concepts is vital in today’s social life. The article analyzes denotations and connotations of the terms confession and intercultural communication in the Russian and Japanese sociocultural contexts from the point of view of a new research discourse — glocal religious studies with the focus on vernacular specifics of religiosity in Russia and Japan. The case study methodology includes description and analysis of how various views on certain aspects of religiosity correlate. It makes possible to adjust the theoretical understanding of the problem and weigh it against the variety of real-life communicational practices. The article investigates the complexity and dramatism of communication between members of the ingroup and others. The study bases on the materials from the history, media and academic discourses where in the internal and external of particular communities in the given historic circumstances may not only vary significantly, but also be intentionally marked to divide one from the other. Sometimes this demarcation takes a form of stigmatization that label one’s perspective as not-true or lawless. The paper describes two major types of culture: the first one (ethnocentrism in terms suggested by M. Bennet) derives from the idea that other’s statements are sealed and cannot be translated thus must be destroyed. The second type — ethnorelativism — comes from the idea of affinity and openness. It is presumed that taking one a different perspective and accepting diversity is empowering and gives start to an intercultural dialogue. Common and particular are the two basic viewpoints on any identity, when both positive and negative promotes understanding. The phenomenon of unity as similarity of indistinguishable (like grains of sand) on the one hand, and systemic unity of the different (like people) on the other hand, are considered within the framework of distancing extralinguistic social facts from the term that stand for them. The latter shown as special imaginary unities and descriptions of autopoietic systems

Heating 3-methyl-1,2-butadienyl phosphonates with piperazine leads to the formation of 2-piperazinyl-butenyl phosphonates containing the enamine functionality. From the reaction of piperazine with four equivalents of 1,2-butadienyl phosphonate a bis(phosphonate) is obtained, in which the piperazine bridge links two phosphorylbutene fragments. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC

Organization and management of clusters in Russia in the context of import substitution

    Get PDF
The article covers the trends of the agribusiness development in Russia. It is shown that it is desirable to develop organizational-economic forms of entrepreneurship based on the cluster approach in the modern realities. The most famous agribusiness clusters in the world are explored. Regions of Russia that have achieved the most significant results in agribusiness clustering are mentioned. It is found that the establishment of agribusiness in Russia is defined by the political decision of regional authorities rather than based on research and development. An algorithm for establishing the agribusiness cluster is proposed, which includes four stages: methodological, analytical, organizational-economic and control. The key areas of state support for the development of agribusiness clusters in Russia are defined.peer-reviewe

By means of calculation of the incidence mean value, the amplitude of oscillation and a dynamic analysis, we investigated data from official statistical collections of the Federal State Statistics Service (Public Health in Russia, Russian Statistical Yearbook). We assessed the incidence rate using medical aid appealability of adolescents (15-І7 years) in the Russian Federation and Novosibirsk region during the period from 2004 to 2013. A comparative dynamic analysis of general incidence of the adolescents of the Russian Federation and Novosibirsk region has shown that the medical referral level is higher in the Russian Federation by 33.8 % with an average increase by 3.4 % per year on average, especially for such types of diseases as digestive diseases, diseases of the endocrine system, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, circulatory system diseases, diseases of the eye and adnexa, diseases of the ear and mastoid process, nervous system diseases (44.1 %; 31.9 %; 26.0 %; 24.9 %; 23.8 %; 22.9 %; 21.3 %; 19.8 % respectively); the medical referral level of Novosibirsk region was higher by 30.2 % with an average increase by 3.0 % per year on average, infectious and parasitic pathology was higher by 43.0 % mainly. The differences in the levels of medical help and the structure of the main types of diseases that determine the nature of adolescent morbidity in the Russian Federation and Novosibirsk region, which predetermines the need to ensure appropriate coordination of medical activities and services

Excimer Laser Correction of Myopia Using Aspheric Technology. Literature Review

    Get PDF
The article presents a literature review of scientific sources on the use of aspheric technology for the correction of refractive errors at the present stage of development of excimer laser surgery. The article highlights the pressing challenge of developing algorithms that improve quality indicators, maintaining subtle visual functions (low-contrast visual acuity, visual acuity in various illuminating conditions) after excimer laser correction of ametropy. The literature data on the etiology of visual acuity reduction after refractive operations are given. Special consideration is given to the description of asphericity indicators by the researchers, the importance of influence of the indicators on the qualitative characteristics of vision. The mechanism of influence of the modified aberration balance of the cornea after refractive interventions on the indicators of spatial-contrasting characteristics of vision in refractive patients is clarified; the importance of evaluating these indicators before and after refractive surgeries is emphasized. The types of aspherical ablation algorithms used in modern, both foreign and domestic, excimer laser systems, and their differences are described. Advantages and disadvantages of the aspherical algorithms used have been analyzed, historical evolution of the software that was developed and introduced into the new excimer laser systems for aspherical operations has been traced. Fundamental difference between aspheric ablation optimized with respect to wavefront with average asphericity index, introduced by the manufacturer of the facility, and the algorithm, where aspheric ablation is performed with personalized Q-factor, which can be controlled by the surgeon himself, is presented in detail. The problem of developing optimized technology of aspheric ablation algorithm in correcting myopia due to the existence of restrictions on the use of aspheric techniques on domestic “Microscan-VIZUM” excimer laser unit is emphasized

The body mass index (BMI) is one of the key and at the same time simple and significant indicators of the state of the human body. Both large and small quantities of BMI is associated with high morbidity. The aim of the study was to analyze microecological disorders of intestinal biocenosis in children of different ages using the value of BMI as the criterion of comparison. We researched scatological material from 158 children and adolescents aged from 5 to 17 years (77 boys and 81 girls). The material was divided into three comparison groups depending on the BMI value: group 1 - body mass deficit (n = 34); group 2 - patients having body mass excess (n = 37); group 3 - with normal body mass (n = 87). It has been shown that more than 80 % of children with different BMI value were recorded to have dysbiotic disturbances of the intestinal microbiota of degrees 1 and 2. However, in the group of children with normal body mass, frequency of detection of intestinal dysbiosis was significantly lower; in the group of children with underweight dysbiotic disorders were found significantly more often than in overweight and obese children (p < 0.05). In children with body mass deficit we observed not only increasing concentration of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria, but also an increased occurrence of representative of Enterobacteriаceaе. family. 58.8 % of cases had two- and three-component associations of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria, which is an indication the expressed violations of the intestine microbiocenosis formation. The data obtained show that, you can use BMI, an important criterion reflecting the severity of the disease, in the assessment of intestinal microflora in combination with other studies

    Homochiral growth through enantiomeric cross-inhibition

The stability and conservation properties of a recently proposed polymerization model are studied. The achiral (racemic) solution is linearly unstable once the relevant control parameter (here the fidelity of the catalyst) exceeds a critical value. The growth rate is calculated for different fidelity parameters and cross-inhibition rates. A chirality parameter is defined and shown to be conserved by the nonlinear terms of the model. Finally, a truncated version of the model is used to derive a set of two ordinary differential equations and it is argued that these equations are more realistic than those used in earlier models of that form.Comment: 20 pages, 6 figures, Orig.
