Violation of regional lung ventilation at workers engaged in manufacture of crystalline silicon

Ttie aim of our study was the investigation regional lung ventilation and pulmonary blood flow at the workers engaged in manufacture of crystalline silicon. It is established, that early signs of pulmonary ventilation disorders of lungs are reduce the local tidal volume in the lower zones of the lungs and changes in apical-basal gradient in the direction of increasing the ventilation of the upper bands of light relative to the lower levels.Целью исследования явилось изучение регионарных вентиляционных нарушений и кровотока легких у рабочих, занятых в производстве кристаллического кремния. Установлено, что ранними признаками вентиляционных нарушений легких являются - снижение локального дыхательного объема в нижних зонах легких и изменение апикально — базального градиента в сторону увеличения вентиляции верхних зон легких относительно нижних
