Information and communication technology for obstetric good practices
Objective: to investigate the use of information and communication technologies in good obstetrical practices.
Results and Discussion: the studies found have dealt with the use of different information technologies, demonstrating that they are essential to good obstetrical practices because they provide security and greater access to information, as well as provide a more efficient diagnosis and consequently an adequate treatment.
Conclusion: It is essential to use the technologies to achieve good obstetric practices throughout the health team. However, it is still necessary to carry out studies, as well as the creation of software that gives greater security to the welfare practices.

Teaching-learning process from service teaching of mental health nursing: experience report
Objective: Describe the conceptions of resident nurses about the nurse's role in mental health services.
Method: Descriptive/reflexive study of the experience-report type, carried out from experiences of nurses from the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Mental Health, guided by the theoretical presuppositions of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform and structured from the Arch of Charles Maguerez.
Results: In-service teaching provided reflections on the residents' conceptions of nurses' performance in mental health services. The key posts were the insertion in the specific nursing care, the construction of the multiprofessional work process, the recognition of their professional identity. Therapeutic relationship and communication, receptiveness, co-responsibility of care and the construction of links with clients, family and work colleagues for the solution of the problems.
Conclusions: The Arch of Charles Maguerez facilitated the teaching process in service. In addition, it provided the perception of the action-reflection-action movement as essential to understand fundamentals of care practices in nursing and to collaborate to the insertion of the nurse and the process of changes, from the daily services of mental health

Possibilities And Limitations In The Implementation Of The Policy For Men's Health In Primary Care
Objective: Investigate the possibilities and limitations to implement the National Policy for Integrated Healthcare in Human Primary JoĂŁo Pessoa - ParaĂba.
Method: An exploratory study with a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews. Data were collected from September 2010 to February 2011. The study subjects were 12 nurses who engage in Integrated Health Units in JoĂŁo Pessoa-ParaĂba.
Results: In the treatment of the results we used the Content Analysis of Bardin. All respondents were female, aged 28-43 years, operating time of 7-12 years and most have expertise. The research affirms the occurrence of major deficits in the perception of health professionals regarding the implementation of the policy. Conclusion: The limits revealed require actions by users, professionals and management, so that policy becomes a reality in everyday primary care.
