Colic videocapsule: can Moviprep® be used as a colic prep and as a “booster”?

La vidéo-capsule Pillcam colon (VCC) permet d’explorer le colon sans anesthésie (Given Imaging, Ltd, Yoqnéam, Israël). Les buts de cette étude observationnelle étaient d’apprécier chez 95 patients consécutifs la qualité de la préparation colique par 2 litres Moviprep® (PEG + acide ascorbique + ascorbate et sulfate de Na) et son efficacité comme « booster » en substitution du Fleet® pour la réalisation d’une VCC.The Pillcam colon video-capsule (CVC) allows for the colon exploration without sedation (Given Imaging, Ltd, Yoqneam, Israël). The aims of this observational study were to evaluate in 95 consecutive patients the quality of a colon prep with 2 liters of Moviprep® (PEG + ascorbic acid + Na ascorbate and sulfate) and its efficiency as a « booster » in replacement of Fleet® when performing a colic exploration with a video capsule
