Now a day’s all organizations are moving towards digitalization. These consequences of the use of digital technologies made organizations seek for best and fast digital solutions. All software developer companies are also trying to draw consumer's attention by offering prompt services. In this regard, the critical issue in information technology and other areas of computation is how software can be created easily and rapidly for complex businesses. In this context, the main aim of the research is to show the agile methodology role in the rapid digital transformation. In this paper, we have surveyed different agile methodologies and tools for rapid software development and introduced an agile management tool having a backlog. We identified the key practices of agile methods and after a survey, it is suggested that the agile approach can help to achieve a balance between the applications generated by developers on customer demand. This paper illuminates and translates agile methodologies into agile project management tools for simple and rapid application development. Empirical research based on a case study is provided for better understanding and showing the importance of agility in software developmen

Need Analysis of Business Students’ Preferences: A Holistic approach to Experiential Learning

The study conducts a need analysis for business students’ preference with re-gards to experiential learning. Two parallel questionnaires were administered to business students (N=125): i) Original version of Course Experience Questionnaire (Ramsden1991) and ii) Experiential Learning Orientation Questionnaire (ELOQ)- developed by employing Miller and Seller’s (1985) frameworks of transaction and transformative to experiential learning. CEQ measured good teaching; clear goal setting; appropriate workload, appropriate assessment and generic skills development, in conjunction with ELOQ designed to measure five facets of experiential learning. The preferential needs of the learners were identified by applying Pearson Product Moment Correlation that revealed strong positive correlation between the two scales, r= 0.826. The findings of the study suggested active involvement of business students with regards to need analysis. The results offered a sound basis for considering business students’ preferences in determining the nature of tasks and activities in the curriculum by providing them multiple experiential learning opportunities. Limitations of and recommendations for future research are also discussed in the study

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is the networking of health things or equipment that communicate data over the internet without the need for human involvement in the healthcare field. A large quantity of data is collected from numerous sensors in the health field, and it is all transferred and stored on the cloud. This data is growing bigger here all time, and it's becoming increasingly challenging to secure it on the cloud with real-time storage and computing. Data security problem can be addressed with the aid of machine algorithms and fog computing. For data security in IoMT gadgets correspondence in an intelligent fashion, an intelligent encryption algorithm (IEA) is proposed using blockchain technology in cloud based system framework (CBSF). It is applied on patient’s database to provide immutable security, tampering prevention and transaction transparency at the fog layer in IoMT.  The suggested expert system's results indicate that it is suitable for use in for the security. In the fog model, the blockchain technology approach also helps to address latency, centralization, and scalability difficulties

Neutropenia-associated infections can prolong hospitalization, increase re-admission, mortality and morbidity rates. Aim of research is to determine nurses' knowledge and infection control care practices in neutropenic patients. This descriptive study was conducted between January 2020 and April 2020, at tertiary hospital Lahore, Pakistan. Sample consisted of 150 staff nurses. Data were collected by a form included socio-demographic characteristics, neutropenia knowledge questions, and infection control care practices. Each nurse was observed by researcher for infection control care practices. For observation hand hygiene adherence was found low both in medication preparation, administration and vital signs assessment. Sterility disrupted in almost all preparation of parenteral medications. Even nurses' knowledge related with neutropenia and care of neutropenic patient was found above average their infection control care practices were found insufficient.Infected patients are a source of infection transmission to other patients, health care workers and visitors, in health care facilities. Healthcare-related infections have a significant influence on the morbidity and mortality rates in the hospital environment, resulting in an increase in the time spent in hospitalization, and are thus recognized as a serious world public health problem Neutropenia is one of the most common risk factors of serious infections in immune suppressed patients and can be the result of a variety of consequences, including from certain types of drugs, environmental toxins, vitamin deficiencies, metabolic abnormalities, as well as cancer or infections. In spite of the way that neutropenia bring about contaminations, numerous preventive treatment and care conventions are demonstrated to decrease the disease rates, and improve personal satisfaction. The counteraction and control of diseases are critical for a well-functioning health system. World Health Organization in 2011 defined infection control as infection prevention and control measures that aims to confirm the defense of those who might be susceptible to obtaining an infection both in the general community and in hospitals while obtaining care due to health problems. Introduction: Plastic is widely used due to its low cost and different functional properties but it has many severe adverse effects on consumer’s health in many direct and indirect ways. Plastic waste pollutes the environment and it is a threat to human life. So, there is a great need to reduce plastic use and plastic waste hazards. Methods: A quasi- experimental, quantitative, before and after study design was conducted  among the students total (n= 60) in the high school of Ali Raza Abad Raiwind Road Lahore, Pakistan from September 2018 to December 2018. The educational intervention involve three education session about plastic use and its health hazards in which the researcher educate the students about health hazards of plastics, prevention of plastic objects as well as health complications.  Results: A total of 60 children participated in the study, the majority of the participants were boys. The mean before the educational intervention is 8.98 (Standard deviation 3.281) and after the educational intervention is 16.85 (Standard deviation 3.036). The mean difference between the two mean is 7.867. There is a statistically significant difference before and after the educational intervention. The educational intervention is highly effective because the significant value is 0.00 Conclusions: The result of the study shows that students have adequate knowledge about health hazards of plastic use. The ill effects of plastic can be reduce by educational intervention among students. Keywords-Plastic use. Health education. Health hazards DOI: 10.7176/JHMN/72-09 Publication date:March 31st 202

Introduction: Tobacco use is a major factor for non-communicable diseases like cerebrovascular accidents, acute coronary syndrome, hypertension, debilitating chronic diseases like atherosclerosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Tobacco use is a bad habit that starts before the accomplishment of adulthood, and young people, specifically, are more in prone to create nicotine addiction. Nursing faculty can also teach and advice all students to change their state of mind in regards to tobacco utilization and help them to quit the use tobacco. Methods: Quasi experimental study performed on 54 male high school students to evaluate the effectiveness of health teaching session about the knowledge of tobacco use ill-effects. Results: Findings revealed that the mean post-test mean score was significantly higher than their mean pre-test score. The calculated “t” value (t=-88.520 p<0.005) was greater than the table value at 0.05 in all sections. Therefore, the null hypothesis Conclusions: It is concluded that the educational program is effective in enhancing the knowledge of students regarding ill- effects of tobacco use. Intimate partner violence (IPV) happens to both genders. However, women experience harsher consequences and are more often to be victims of more extreme types of IPV because women have traditionally been viewed as men's property. Effects of IPV also include academic underachievement because physical and mental health problems caused by IPV affect academic performance. Gender differences exist in the occurrence of IPV. Therefore, this qualitative exploratory case study research has been conducted through in-depth interviews from a feminist perspective to determine how IPV has been influencing the academic performance of married female students. In this study universe of the researchers is Karachi. Researchers used Purposive sampling with a sample size of 10 married female students. Data is analyzed through the thematic analysis method. It is found that significant correlations were observed between IPV and the academic performance of married female students; It has impacted the GPA and completion of the degree. Due to IPV, married female students are experiencing impaired cognition and academic challenges. It decreased academic motivation, college/ university attachment, and attendance of married female students. IPV severely impacted the academic performance of married female students
