Особенности взаимодействия государств и корпораций в мировой экономике

В статье рассматривается новая роль транснациональных корпораций в контексте структуры новой распределенной субъектности в управлении политическими, экономическими и социальными процессами. Реализован статистический анализ, подтверждающий тенденцию новой регионализации, наблюдаемую как по динамике макропоказателей, так и по присутствию глобальных и национальных корпораций в рейтингах. Показаны основные факторы роста выручки и биржевых котировок транснациональных корпораций, на основе чего обоснована слабая аргументация утверждений об их автономной субъектности, позволяющей полностью игнорировать национальное право и политические институты управления в государствах. The article examines the new role of multinational corporations in the context of a newly distributed subjectivity in the management of political, economic and social processes. A statistical analysis confirms the trend towards new regionalization seen both in the dynamics of macroindicators and in the presence of global and national corporations in the rankings. The authors explore the key factors driving sales and capitalization of the biggest multinational corporations used as weak arguments to assert that they are autonomous actors able to completely ignore national law and political governance institutions in national states

Экономический рост Китая в 2010–2017 годы: анализ с позиций методологии «затраты-выпуск» и современной денежной теории

The article aims to analyze the external and internal growth factors of the People’s Republic of China in 2010–2017. The authors use methods such as input-output modeling, statistical methods, content analysis of scientific publications. The study explores different perspectives on China’s rapid economic growth in recent decades. In particular, the authors consider neoclassical models that investigate and explain the dynamics of the Chinese economy due to the accumulation and development of factors of domestic production. Some studies are analyzed, which consider economic growth as a result of the final demand, both internal and external, on the basis of the input-output approach. The article examines the views that interpret the monetary policy as one of the most important factors in stimulating economic growth. The authors, based on the economic growth decomposition method, determine the components due to domestic demand and the components due to exports, both for the entire Chinese economy and for particular industries. Сalculations based on the data of input-output balances for 2010–2017 allowed the authors to draw a conclusion about the significant contribution of domestic demand to the economic growth of China in the context of active monetary stimulus. Thus, the novelty of the study is ensured by the fact that Thirlwall’s law does not apply to modern China –– stimulating the economy in China does not lead to a decrease in the trade surplus due to the monetary and financial sovereignty, industrial competitiveness, and the innovative economic development. The search for tools for adapting China’s monetary policy to the realities of Russia and the Republic of Belarus opens up opportunities for future research on the topic.Цель исследования — анализ внешних и внутренних факторов экономического роста Китайской Народной Республики в 2010–2017 гг. Авторы используют такие методы, как математическое моделирование «затраты-выпуск», статистические методы, контент-анализ научных публикаций. Проанализированы разные точки зрения на феноменальный экономический рост Китая в последние десятилетия. В частности, сделан обзор неоклассических моделей, рассматривающих и объясняющих динамику китайской экономики в первую очередь за счет накопления и развития внутренних производственных факторов. Проведен анализ некоторых исследований, рассматривающих экономический рост как результат действия конечного спроса — внутреннего и внешнего — на базе методологии «затраты-выпуск». Проанализированы взгляды, трактующие денежно-кредитную политику как один из важнейших факторов стимулирования экономического роста. Авторы на основе методики декомпозиции экономического роста определяют компоненты, обусловленные внутренним спросом, и компоненты, обусловленные экспортом, как для всей китайской экономики в целом, так и в разрезе отдельных ее отраслей. Полученные результаты расчетов по данным межотраслевых балансов за 2010–2017 гг. позволили сделать вывод об определяющем вкладе внутреннего спроса в экономический рост Китая в условиях активного денежно-кредитного стимулирования. Таким образом, новизна исследования заключается в доказательстве несоответствия современного Китая «закону Тирлвола» — стимулирование экономики в Китае не ведет к снижению торгового профицита благодаря наличию валютно-финансового суверенитета, конкурентоспособности промышленности, инновационному характеру развития экономики. Перспективы дальнейшего изучения данной тематики связаны с поиском инструментов адаптации китайского опыта денежно-кредитной политики к реалиям России и Республики Беларусь

Analysis of the global it industry on the basis of tables "Input–Output" by means of R language

Данная статья анализирует мировую ИТ-индустрию на базе таблиц «Затраты–выпуск» с использованием средств языка R. В статье приводятся результаты расчетов и делаются краткие выводы, а также осуществляется визуализация цепочки создания стоимости и потребления для мировой ИТ-индустрии в разрезе национальных экономик (стран) по данным 2014 года. Heuristic approach to online purchase prediction based on internet store visitors classification using data mining methods

Last years research gave some preliminary results in approaches to customer online purchase prediction. However, it still remains unclear what exact set of features of data instances should be incorporated in a model and is enough for prediction, what is the best data mining method (algorithm) to use, how stable over time could be such a model, whether a model is transferable from one online store to another. This study is focused on a heuristic approach to dealing with the problem under conditions of such theoretical and methodological diversity in order to find a quick and inexpensive first approximation to the solution or at least to find useful patterns and facts in the data

Belarus in the EAEU: analysis of the first experimental inter-country input-output tables (IOTs)

В статье анализируется экономическое положение Республики Беларусь в Евразийском экономическом союзе на основе первых экспериментальных межстрановых таблиц «Затраты – выпуск» за 2016 г. В частности, проанализирована структура стоимости конечных товаров и услуг, произведенных в Беларуси, с точки зрения полного импорта извне ЕАЭС и добавленной стоимости, произведенной прямо или косвенно в Беларуси и других странах ЕАЭС. В разрезе этих же элементов рассмотрена структура внутреннего конечного спроса в Республике Беларусь. Проанализирована структура валовой добавленной стоимости в конечных товарах и услугах, созданных в Беларуси, с точки зрения источника их происхождения в ЕАЭС. Визуализированы потоки конечных товаров и услуг (по добавленной стоимости) между странами ЕАЭС и остальным миром. Оценен вклад Беларуси в условный торговый баланс ЕАЭС, а также осуществлена декомпозиция ВВП Беларуси по таким факторам, как вклад внутреннего спроса, экспорта в остальной мир и экспорта в страны – партнеры по ЕАЭС. The article analyzes the economic situation of the Republic of Belarus in the Eurasian Economic Union on the basis of the first experimental cross-country input-output tables (IOTs) for 2016. Particularly, the author considers the structure of the cost of final goods and services produced in Belarus in terms of total imports from outside the EAEU and added value produced directly or indirectly in Belarus and other EAEU countries. In the context of the same elements, the article gives the structure of final domestic demand in the Republic of Belarus. The structure of gross value added in final goods and services created in Belarus is analyzed from the point of view of their source of origin in the EAEU. The flows of final goods and services (according to the added value) between the EAEU countries and the rest of the world are visualized. The contribution of Belarus to the conditional trade balance of the EAEU was assessed, and decomposition of the Belarusian GDP was carried out according to such factors as contribution of domestic demand, exports to the rest of the world and exports to the EAEU partner countries

Оценка инфляционных эффектов в экономике посредством межотраслевой ценовой модели Леонтьева

На основе ценовой модели В. Леонтьева, построенной по данным межотраслевого баланса Республики Беларусь за 2018 г., проведен анализ влияния немонетарных факторов, связанных со структурными пропорциями реального сектора экономики, на рост цен. Получены оценки влияния традиционных факторов – роста заработной платы, цен на импортные товары и услуги для промежуточного потребления; роста прибыли организаций, транспортных и торговых наценок, а также налогов, включаемых в себестоимость продукции. В результате сравнения полученных оценок с оценками других отечественных исследователей по данным МОБ 1996 и 2006 гг. выявлена динамика указанных факторов роста цен

The future of the world economy is usually associated with the development of an innovative sector, where human capital is the main production factor. Despite the general trend of growth in the service sector, a strong manufacturing industry remains a prerequisite for the innovative development of the economy, especially the most innovative part of manufacturing including the production of electronics, robots, machinery and equipment, and vehicles. The degradation of industrial capacity deprives a national economy of growth opportunities, increases its dependence on foreign manufacturers of high-tech products and components, and hinders innovations, since the scope of their application is narrowing. In this paper we’ve processed statistics to view the regional structure of the world’s advanced manufacturing in dynamics. Such an analysis could be useful to track structural shifts that occur in the geographical location of innovative production over time, to identify countries and regions in which the advanced manufacturing industry is developing at a faster pace

Reflections on marketing strategy and digital marketing infrastructure along the belt and road project

The Belt and Road initiative has been analyzed within the framework of marketing channels management. Using the concept of marketing channels flows, global value chains, and push/pull strategies, authors have shown the necessity of incorporation of marketing methodology in the Belt and Road strategy. The need and directions of digital marketing tools implementation on different levels of the Belt and Road initiative has been described. A case of special interest (China-Belarus Industrial Park) has been analyzed from the marketing strategy perspective

Construction sector economic indicators’ analysis using Eora multi-regional input-output tables

Представлен сравнительный анализ развития строительного сектора в мировом масштабе за 1990–2015 гг. на основе данных межрегиональных таблиц «затраты – выпуск» Eora­26. Рассчитаны абсолютные показатели инвестиций в строительство, валового выпуска и валовой добавленной стоимости в этой сфере, на их основе рассчитаны некоторые относительные показатели. Составлены рейтинги экономик мира по показателям развития строительного сектора. The work analysed data of the Eora multi-regional input-output tables for a comparative analysis of the construction sector on a global scale for the period from 1990 to 2015. The absolute indicators of investment in construction, gross output and gross value added in construction are calculated; other relative indicators were calculated on their basis. The ratings of the world’s economies according to the indicators of the development of the construction sector were compiled
